I use this for work & this is the best headset I have ever used. Sound quality is good & sync's well with my work laptop. It is also very lightweight & flexible & not heavy at all. This is a great buy.

My husband picked out these headphones for me. I was skeptical about the little pull down microphone but whenever I use them for phone calls the other person hears me exceptionally well. My sound is clear and perfect as well. For listening to podcasts and watching videos, they are superb! Good job, hubby!

When my last headset of four years died I was buying headsets and returning them looking for something that was at the same time comfortable and easy to mute the mic during online discord calls. I went through a couple of different headsets before landing on the zone 100 and I liked them so much I just didnt bother to return them for anything else. I can wear these all day and they have a style thats not obviously "communications headset" and more "over ear headphones" with its low profile mic boom. Plus the real selling point for me was that muting is as easy as flicking the mic boom up and down like the logitech G95's I had growing up If I hadsay any drawback it is that when the mic is open the sound quality takes a dip vs in muted music mode. Which is to be expected given the bandwidth it has to work with, i was just not quite so used to it comin from my old Jlab Plays which had a generally more consistent (albeit generally lower) audioquality Id say its a solid piece of equipment and Im glad about the purchase

I really do like these headphones for work meetings and hands free, on the move around my house headphones. I can really walk quite far away from my laptop and it stays connected which is cool. They sound pretty good too. But the audio latency isn't great but eh bluetooth. They do just randomly cut out every few hours/few days but not that big of a deal.

These are very comfortable headphones with excellent sound. Price is very reasonable. My complaint is that there is no recharger included, and that is not noted on the package or on the web. I would at least expect the salesman to let us know so that he could sell the charger at the time we bought the headphones. It does include a cable, but we do not have any socket to plug the other end of the cable into to get power to the headphones.

I purchased this one for my daughter and she claims that she likes it and it comfortable enought to have it on for ling periods of times. I have no ida what the longevity is but hopefully it last a long time.

Very comfortable and lightweight. Sound quality is good. Did not fit need as it did not have noise cancellation mic to have a quiet meeting.

They may not look pretty (bigger than expected, looks like airline pilot headset) but the work really good. Sound, battery and connection are really good.

Worked great for my phone but not my computer. On my computer it had two versions: headphones (just audio) and headset (audio and mic). I would have to manually change my default sound input and output device on EVERY app I used while I had them connected. Using Discord, my regular sound output is going through the headset but when I join a call or voice chat I then had to go into Discords settings to fix the default. Never had this issue with non Bluetooth headphones. Sound is good and it worked great for my phone, just really annoying on my PC.

Great headphones, microphone is nice but an external one would be better. Bluetooth connection is great and the stereo is amazing. It does turn off sometimes when you leave it for around 5 minutes, but that a good way to save battery

I love my head I can eat my music and clase very clearly and the sound is amazing

This wireless headset works great. It takes a little while to understand all of the directions. Once set up, sound quality is clear in both microphone and speaker. It charges up again quickly. I did have to lower the volume on the microphone is a zoom class. Happy with the product.

Comfortable, cups the ear very well. Mic is really good, with decent noice filter. Budget friendly.

I'm glad I got this higher-quality model. Such good quality of sound, and ease of use. Comfortable to wear and convenient controls for power, volume, and switching from one Bluetooth device to another.

This is a great headset, far superior to the past 3 sets I have owned. They are very reasonably priced also. Thanks for carrying them. I can always trust Best Buy.

These are great! The sound quality is good, in my opinion, and I like that there is a microphone extension. I would have liked to have the option of a wired connection, but it works for what I need it for. And the setup was extremely easy.

Instagram, Twitter, and You tube are excellent. They let me play my games. I don't hear any external noise. I love them.

Great design and works well for calls via ZOOM and TEAMS when connected via bluetooth to my laptop. I love the mic and how it hides in headphones. However, I cannot listen to music or videos only on my laptop. For some reason, when setting my bluetooth headset for this, it wont play at all. Only on my laptop speakers. Still trying to figure out why this is on my laptop only.

The headphone feels comfortable around my ears and it does a fairly good job cancelling most of the outside noise. It is something I will use periodically. The only issue I have is with the usage description. I intended to use it with my desktop windows at work, but when I received the box, it stated for Mac or iOS. Despite this omission, it works with my home laptop that is Windows, so it turned out to be usable.
