Have watched this movie so many times. The clarity of this dvd is much better than the vhs tape. Wish there were more movies being made today like this one.

For anyone who enjoys Westerns, this is a movie you will enjoy. Two former Texas Rangers renew their spirit of adventure as they and several other residents of a small Texas town join a cattle drive to the Montana Territory. The acting is top-notch, with Tommy-Lee Jones and Robert Duval leading the way.

One of the greatest western movies of all time. All star cast, great storyline, character development and lots of action. We highly recommend this to all movie viewers not just audiences who enjoy westerns. Bought DVD on sale which was an added Plus. Tommy Lee Jones and Robert Duvall make for great team.

If you like westerns, you’ll like this. In this movie I’m a fan of Tommy Lee Jones, Danny Glover, and Diane Lane. Awesome storyline of traveling in the west with many hardships. The triumphs and sad moments all shape the series into something great and It makes you want to know what’s coming next.

This is by far the best lonesome dove storyline of them all. The others should have used the same characters. Tommy Lee Jones makes the best Call. The Comanche Moon is ok but rest of them with James Garner as Call is just too boring. But if you need to finish the saga...

I have always loved watching this series. The music is phenomenal. I enjoy the actors and actresses and how well their roles are played.

Of course, a great movie. Only problem is, it wants you to use digital copy at MovieSpree.com and not VUDU or any of the more used ones. Disappointing.
