Great upgrade from the original Blu Ray release! Nice work!

The plot for this movie is great. Time travel has been invented, but only the wealthy and rich have access to it. Sounds like a modern day problem. Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon Levitt really pull this movie off. IMO 2 of the best actors out there. 1 Current and 1 thats become a legend of movies. Both mesh together real well and make this movie interesting till the last scene. The blu ray detail is very rich and enticing as well. Sony really pulls off another great blu ray transfer. But nowadays, thats what people come to expect from Sony. Great movie! It will keep you entertained from start to finish.

Great movie to watch on the at home big screen in 4k.

The story line is captivating and original. Acting is also good. Be forewarned that there is nudity and cursing. Not suitable for children.

If you were to tell me that Joseph Gordon Levitt would eventually play a younger Bruce Willis back in 3rd Rock from the Sun says, I'd be like.. "Yeah I see it?"

This is a excellent film great actors and a awesome story made this film something great. If you haven't seen it give this movie a shot.

This movie was really good. The concept was also really good. Especially since it was also an action movie.

Time travel stories usually leave me pondering, but Looper is very watchable and rewatchable. Have fun!

Looper is a uniquely entertaining sci-fi thriller, one that will keep you guessing.

Looks and sounds fantastic on blu-ray. If you have a decent a/v setup then you wont be dissappointed on that end. Rian Johnson's latest, Looper, is a time travel flick that plays on the dramatic possiblities of cause cause and effect. Imo it's a little much to openly demand your audience suspend all disbelief in how time travel works and just go with the flow, but I give him a pass based on the fact that the movie is really more about the characters than the science. This is where the film really shines and each person plays their part really well. It was nice to see Bruce Willis in a film that wasnt just another mindless action flick. That guy really performs in the right role. JGL is equally as impressive, even down to the way he mimics Bruce's mannerisms. The wring is really good and some pretty good action scenes help keep the pace going. The first time I watched it I though it was just okay, but upon a second viewing I enjoyed it much more as there is a fair amount of dark material I wasn't initially expecting. If you enjoy dramatic sci-fi I recomend giving this a shot.

Bruce Wills' last good movie, Looper looks great on 4K Blu-ray. A clever script, interesting characters and excellent acting make Looper a movie to definately see. Willis plays the time travelling future version of the man Joseph Gordon Levitt plays in a younger incarnation. Levitt must track down his future self and stop him from funding and assassinating a future powerful criminal boss while that boss is still a child or suffer the consequences. I hate giving away spoilers, so I won't say more. The 4K blu-ray looks surprisingly good for a film unconverted from a 2K master. The addition of HDR is really the game changer here. It looks dramatically superior to the standard Blu-ray. Highly recomanded.
