This is a lot of fun, has some elements that could be compared to Dark Souls or Diablo. I wanted to give this game an excellent rating, but unfortunately it's glitchy and it's the only game that has crashed on my PS4. I would still definitely recommend this if you can look past the occasional graphic glitches and possible crashes. Hopefully this gets a good patch to fix all that soon.

I only played this game for about 5 hours before I finally gave up. The combat felt slow and the story wasn't interesting enough to keep my attention. I really wanted to like it but it just wasn't for me. This is a good budget game if you can get it for a decent price and need something to play while waiting for the big releases.

    Demon/Dark Souls Lite

I have put about 6 hours into the game with two different classes. There are things that I really like (character and level design), but ultimately I feel the game is only average. I have played roughly 200 hours of the Demon and Dark Souls series which this borrows heavily from, and I find myself comparing this game to those constantly. This game on its own is fairly fun, but after playing the Souls games so much, I ultimately find too many faults with Lords of the Fallen. The combat is not nearly as crisp and fluid, and the hit detection is no where near as good as it is in the Souls games. Some people will enjoy this game no doubt, but as a Souls veteran... it's just not for me.

Like dark souls. Fighting control are fun an easy to get. Learning weapons ranges are important.

The graphics in this game is great on my PS4, but I find the game play a little slow and poky. The fighting buttons are on the triggers and this is different from other games.

The game is great if u like dark souls, while it is more forgiving that DS, the game still a top notch game for being a new IP. I would have giving it a 5 star, but even after the patch, this game still have to many glitches, but none that are game breaking like before the parch.

This new IP shows some definite promise. It's rough around the edges (camera feels very loose, and the controls aren't nearly as tight as Dark Souls), but they are some really cool system designs in this game. I anticipate if a sequel is made, that it'll be one to watch.

Lords of the Fallen, a shameless and sloppy copy of Dark Souls, shouldn't be as enjoyable as it is. Somehow, through all its imbalance and oddity, it remains a surprising amount of fun, even if its propensity to make the player laugh is a sheer accident.

The easiest way to describe this is a more forgiving, accessible Dark Souls. That doesn't mean it's a pushover, just that you won't pull your hair out while playing it.

Take a Souls game, sprinkle in some Diablo looking character and art, and make the graphics really pretty, and you have Lords of the Fallen. It's a little unpolished at times but still a great start for a new franchise.

You MUST have a lot of patience. The Monsters are pretty hard, you kinda just jumped into the game and start killing monsters. Good side, it has good music and graphics

But it will hold me over until Bloodborne releases next year to scratch my action RPG itch. A great looking game and runs very well on ps4. A nice surprise, especially after playing Bound by Blood.
