I bought this for my business, easy setup (I had the entire system installed and running in 2 hours), a ton of features and great price. The images are clear and defined even when using my phone to view. I will will be buying one for each of my 6 stores.

It was very easy to set up. The night vision was really good.

Bad service and defective products. After 8 months, 3 bullet cameras went dark. Spent a lot of time trouble shooting with tech support. It was determined that the cameras were defective. It takes 15 minutes each time waiting on the phone to talk to tech support or customer service. Although it is under 1 year warranty, Lorex demanded the receipt. After I emailed them the receipt, there was no action. I called and Lorex said they need the serial number of the camera in order to replace it. I told them I don't have serial number since they were mounted on the roof. Then they said I had to pay a deposit of $60 for each camera before they would ship. Then I had to pay my own shipping to send the defectives back. Service is in Philippine. Hard to understand and phone reception is bad. It is so annoying that I may not proceed this warranty claim.

I have been using Lorex for the past ten year,this is the best lorex so far. The quality of the camera is excellent.
