System allows you to talk to people right over phone. One down side is no ability to talk from base station. Other than that already caught one thief.

Only complaint I have about the whole system is the app that lorex has for them if painfully slow and is never consistent with detection.

Lorex has much better packaging! No bent wires, everything padded well. Very user friendly setup and settings.
