Great cameras with a clear picture. Would have given a 5 but the fan inside the control box is a little loud. The 1st one we got had a defective channel but we were able to exchange it with no problems or questions asked. The notifications are a little excessive. It would be nice if you could turn those down. The whole time my kids are playing in the driveway I get a notification every 5 seconds. Other than this it is a great system.

Mostly satisfied with this purchase. The system works very well. Very easy to install. My only issue here is the software. I've had difficulties getting everything tuned to my liking and there are some features that I would like that the system doesn't have. However, that is just me. Overall it is a good buy and I would recommend to anyone looking to add a new system or replace an old. I was using blink cameras prior to this and I am 10x more satisfied with this system than blink. It puts blink to shame.

Product came early and was packaged for adequate protection. Installation and setup was easy. The quality is excellent.

Once you run the wires (HARDEST part of install) the set up is pretty simple to figure out which is a blessing since the system comes with very LITTLE instructions manual. Interface menu is a bit trial and error, click and find out as well. Camera quality is GREAT. Don't waste $ on a 4K monitor, buy a 4K Flat screen T.V. for half the price. Customer service for Lorex is 24/7 and the people are helpful.

The good thing is, the pictures and videos are crystal clear. However, these cameras are great for someone else but not for me. The only reason is because I have had better and to have less than what I have become accustomed to is not feasible. The field of vision is the most important issue that I have. 105 degree field of view is just wack to me. I need at least 110 degrees. Also the DVR does not have front button controls which I prefer. Last but not least....the rewind playback controls ask for a password EVERYTIME I want to rewind and search an event. By then the killer could get away.lol. Trying to return the cameras but they want me to climb up to my roof and pull them down and return them to the store myself??? They need to send the Geek Squad back here.

This is a very good product! The picture is very good and the cameras are very nice. Very user friendly system.

Installation was easy and setup was not hard. The hard thing was crawling in the attic.

Works well. The software is easy to use. Nice clear video. Only problems were getting the firmware to update (tech support sent me a link to save the update to a flash drive, then the update was simple) and it doesn’t work with my old Bunker Hill cameras (works fine with Q-See and of course the Lorex cameras). The Lorex media player crashes all the time (for viewing saved video) but the VLC freeware seems to work well.

Overall very nice system my only complaints are the warning sirens are not very loud and the lights are small so not bright enough to light up an area and the cameras themselves should have more flexibility I had a hard time finding places to put them around my house because of certain angles that the cameras just don't have

Best Surveilance Camera i Had.Very Clear AK Camera.and it is very easy to install.

I purchased this camera setup about a month ago and overall have had a pretty good experience. I had these professionally installed and chose locations throughout my home and I have to say , these cameras provide an overall great coverage of my property. The image quality is HD and the sensitivity is on point. The software can use a little bit more simplicity but overall extremely satisfied with my purchase.
