Excellent video with very good low light capability. Wall mount bracket limits your postioning capabilities. If you set it on a table or shelf, the camera cannot be pointing down at all which restricts your positioning flexibility. For maximum flexibility it must be mounted on the ceiling or a wall. The reason I ended up returning the camera pertains to the Wi-Fi capabilities. All of my other wireless computer equipment uses 802.11n with WPA security but the Lorex can only handle 128-bit WEP security or lower. I was not about change my whole Wi-Fi network security level down to WEP just to accomodate this camera. In this day and age I am surprised that it would not support 802.11n and WPA security. I would highly reccommend this camera to anyone who does not share my concerns above. The quality of the product is also very good.

I wanted this cam to watch over my elderly Mother while i was at work. Once i had it set up and working , it performs flawlessly.. good crisp image and easy to watch from my office. It can be used for many other situations too.. My siblings love to tap in and see their mother while they talk on the phone also

The camera is very easy to set. Picture quality is good. However I am disappointed with the nightvision capabilities. It has only regular LEDS to power-up in low light and is not effective.

I bought this camera as its suppose to be easy to install and use. THe wife is able to use it so its good in my books! I installed it in the backroom for when we are not home. So far it has been a lot of fun spying on my wifes cat with my iphone. I think her cat has some psychological issues as he seems to be chasing ghosts

It’s a great little camera for someone that isn’t a handyman. However it’s not designed to be outside in the elements. Lorex please make a weatherproof lne3003 as I would like one that can watch the back of my shop, & the parking lot out front. Even though it works fine, I think the price is too high. Kevin

In the past month there has been a rise in garage break-ins, so I went looking for something to help protect my belongings. I stumbled upon the LNE3003 and decided to try it out as it seemed simple to use and I didn’t have to buy a huge system. The LNE arrived last week and I installed it with ease! I was impressed with just how easy it was to get it up and running!!!! Lets just hope my garage isn’t the next target, but I do feel more secure with the camera..

I bought this camera for my 7yr old son’s bedroom for when I have to do reports on the computer from home. I attached a spare monitor I had to my laptop so I could have the software on at all times on the spare monitor. It works great even when he turns off his lights to play with his glow in the dark toys. Cristine
