This is my second purchase of this camera. I have one installed in my window over-looking the walk-way leading up to my front door and now I have one in my mother-in-law's window...serving the same purpose. Good news: Very, very...clear recorded views, small camera, long cord, the correct AP works great. The not so Good news: If it sees it..it will record it. That means cars a mile away, lights going past that make motion, reflections in the window so that the camera sees what is in the room it is located in (mostly at night); no way to remove all of the recordings except one by one or resetting the memory card; sometimes gets out of touch with the wifi system and shuts down...but, is easy to start up again. Bottom line, if you aim it in a direction where there are not a lot of distractors behind it... you will be good to go. Worth the purchase. Might add that it records inside a room very well too...with great clarity. Each recording is less than a minute...but, every movement is recorded.

Bought this camera & the set up process was simple. It never loaded. It took 4ever to scan the barcode to pair the camera to my app. I have a S8+ The Bluetooth wouldnt pair. Just said (unable to pair). It wouldn't connect to my WiFi & said my password was wrong it finally accepted the same password after 20 inputs. it showed that it detected motion but never allowed me to view live video. it shows a loading page & pops up a trouble shoot button. Id click the troubshoot & it never loaded. Says camera is offline. How can a camera be offline but still record motion & send a notification to your phone? The app store rating for their app is a 2.1 out of 5. Don't waste your time. Spent 1 hour trying to get this camera to load. Returning tomorrow morning.

This is a great product. Better than Nest and Arlo. Primarily because it allows local storage (microsd). I have 128gb in it and I don't need to use the Flir Cloud. So no monthly cost for storage. Video quality is great! Only issue i ran into was latency when viewing the live feed and the install. Your going to want to make sure your router is going to be able to handle streaming for the camera along with every wireless devices you have connected to it. Another is the app. There are 2 Flir/Lorex app listed in Google Play. The right app to install is Flir Secure. If you get the other one you will have issues, like I did. And the reviews here that states install was a problem, I could guess they used the wrong app. Another thing too is the price! Cheaper that the Nest and Arlo simply because of its local storage option. No need to get a subscription.

Works excellent as a indoor camera for a front or back door. Very clear and easy to set up.

I love this camera. Pros are the high def. Cons are night vision isn't as good and it doesn't use same program as my flir fx cameras

This camera would regularly loose a signal gave 3 stars because it did have a good picture. At 1080 would have liked to see a bigger picture in app

Purchased item as a replacement. This is a stationary unit with HD video and recording features. Recieved notices and video when movements were detected.

Camera quality was great but phone app was not very good

So it has a slot for micro SD which is convenient but the resolution was not what it says it is "full HD". But for the price you can't beat it.

Had trouble detecting everything, and only records for 30 seconds at a time. I have it in the Window, pointing outside, at the parking lot. Since using it, two cars were broken into, though only one was recorded. There were several incidents, that were taking longer than 30 seconds, but instead of continuous recording, it stopped in mid incident, without making additional recorded videos, to capture the whole incident. According to Tech Support, it should have recorded addional videos, as long as there was movement. which it did not. Example, you see a car pull into the Parking Lot, but if it takes them 30 seconds to park, you never get to see who got out of the car.

A realtor left the back door of my home wide open after showing it, so I decided to purchase a security camera. I purchased the Lorex FXC32 camera, as it was a deal of the day. After setting it up and downloading the app, I settled back expecting to wait hours for it to start working when I noticed my outstretched legs showing on my phone’s screen. I got up and yelled to my wife “it’s working”. I noticed there is a lag time, but it is only a matter of seconds. I have had it for several days and it works great. The videos are very clear and the audio is good. I highly recommend this product and have not had any of the issues that I read in the negative reviews.

Decent camera for the price. We ordered as a nanny cam for our daughters room. It records and lets you play live. Sometimes while reviewing camera, looking for an incident that happened, it doesn't show up on the log to review.

This was a nice camera until the company discontinued the camera, all support and the app used with the camera. Will never purchase another Lorex product.

The picture is very clear and it has sound. It was also very easy to set up and I can watch the house from anywhere on my cell phone.

Overall it is a nice camera but it did not meet my expectation. the 2 way voice was not loud enough and picture quality was not as sharp as i expected it to be. it was easy to use

This was a little tougher to set up and get connected than I would have liked, but it works great. Would recommend and buy again.
