"Lost on the River," I love this album! I haven't listen to much of Bob Dylan but I got interested in the album at first because I heard Marcus Mumford from one of my favorite band Mumford & Sons was part of it. Then it was Taylor Goldsmith from Dawes and the rest of the artists I've heard of but haven't listen to much of their work. Overall it is a great team T Bone Burnett put together. He did real good putting together a group made up of different artists and the album was a success. My absolute favorite song is "Kansas City." Marcus Mumford have such an amazing voice. Also "Lost On the River #20, When I Get My Hands On You, The Whistle Is Blowing" etc, they are all good songs, really.

Love the songs. Cool to hear songs written from original Dylan lyrics. The players and songwriters involved are some of my favorites out now like Marcus Mumford, Elvis Costello, Jim James, Taylor Goldschmidt from Dawes and the Carolina Chocolate Drops .. amazing!!!!

Really loving the"Lost on the River" CD --- skipping only a couple of songs and it's a long CD. Nice to get a new t-shirt with the purchase of music.

But it ain't half bad. I enjoyed Jim James songs the most...He and Elvis Costello most seemed to capture the spirit of the original.

I enjoyed the songs. Don't expect to hear Dylan songs though; The words are Bob's but the tempo and feeling are not.

The music is laid back for the most part. Great for background.

I like this one a lot. A really nice job by these artists, to meld their talents with the Bob Dylan lyrics. Puts me in mind of the work of Billy Bragg, with the Woody Guthrie lyrics, on the "Mermaid Avenue" sessions. This was a very successful undertaking by all involved. Excellent CD! And I got the Best Buy exclusive, with a really nice t-shirt!!

I really enjoy this album and the people who created it. There are some real gems and there are several songs with multiple versions so you can hear the distinct creative approaches to the same original material.

Talented singer songwriters put their melodies to Dylan's recently discovered lyrics from 1967. Great vocals and production. Several stunning songs, especially Kansas City.

My wife and I are MMJ/Jim James fans, so we usually purchase any related music as soon as it comes out. With the other star musicians who contributed to this album, my expectations were high. Unfortunately there are only a few tracks that I like, and I was a little disappointed overall.
