The Dream is a mixture of R. Kelly, Prince, J. Timberlake, and more. I promise that your girl will love it, even if you don't! If you're a true R&B fan, you'll recognize that Dream has taken some of the old and refreshed it with his own flava. I Love It! It's one of those albums that won't allow you to listen to another even if you try. I feel very much rewarded, like I struck oil, when I buy a cd and I enjoy at least 3 songs on the entire disc; and he brought it! (maybe now isn't a good time to mention oil with the oil spill situation going on) Plus he offers you lots more than a few tracks to listen to: 17 tracks- WOW! Most cds today want to charge you an unreasonable amt. for only a few tracks that sound wacked out. I do feel violated to pay $ for an album and only like one track, if that. The Dream is full of surprises. I didn't like track # 9, 12, and 15. However track # 5,11, 7, 3, 8 make up for the FEW I dislike. They are my favorite songs- the kind that make ya hit the repeat button. MUSIC IS MY DRUG OF CHOICE!

Personally, I don't nothing wrong with cd. I can't stop playing. You can tell who influenced The-Dream( theold prince and Kells). My track is ALL BLACK EVERTHING. Also, my favorites are F.I.L.A.(Fall In Love Again) Panites To The Side, Turnt Out, Love King, Make Up Bag. Yahmaha does sound like some 80's old prince stuff.

I really thought it was gonna be a wonderful album, >>>>NO<<<<its ok don't get me wrong the singles he has out is alright but what happened to the rest. Like for example Yamaha has like an 80's beat to it Its 2010. Wondering what kind of fan base he was looking for. So far the songs i like is LOVE KING, MAKE UP BAG, TURNT OUT, and VETERAN ,PRICELESS ohh yeah Florida University is a funny song.......I believe he could have done better he is a great writer. Maybe he should have did some collaborations with other artist. Maybe next time Terius Nash
