Great Bag for DSLR!

Excellent camera bag for my Full Frame Canon DSLR! Also it's a great bag to put inside another bag or backpack!
I was looking for a DSLR bag, not too big or small.. this Lowepro Format 160 camera bag is just right!
I wanted a bag big enough so i can rest my DSLR flat or sitting on it's normal position, i didn't want to let it rest on the lens, nor did i want it to rest on the screen, both seemed like such awkward or abusive positions. This bag was just wide enough, not tight or loose, just a nice snug feel! I still have room to add a lens or accessories on top of the camera, but personally i don't/wouldn't. The thought of anything on top the camera turns me off!
Two small pockets outside of the bag and one in the front.. i don't use any of them though! Great if you need it!
The great thing about this camera bag is that it fits nicely inside both my backpacks without being too bulky, it fits inside my Manfrotto Bravo30 and Empire backpacks.
I'll use this bag to be in another bag/backpack especially for hikes/trekking and adventuring when i don't want to carry by hand or by shoulder strap, who hikes like that anyways? My hands have to be free and clear!
I usually keep my Canon camera stored in my Canon 300DG bag when at home or when i go to a classy function, or when i simply want to have that "pro" look.
Overall it's an inexpensive, strong, well made, medium to large sized bag. The cushion pads inside feel pretty good, zippers feel like they won't get detached or get stuck.
Purchased this at my local Best Buy for about $30. Well worth the price, definitely worth it as a great case for outdoor adventures.
Pictures attached are of the Lowepro Format 160, with my DSLR resting on it's normal position inside. The other photo is of my camera bag/backpack setup. It consists of my Manfrotto Bravo 30 and Empire backpacks, also a Canon 300DG duffle style gadget bag, older Lowepro and Case Logic cam bags..
Lowepro is a great company while being inexpensive versus being "cheap", Would buy again if needed!

Nice tight little bag.Zips up tight.Don't expect to get much inside other than your DSLR body and a med size lens.Good enough for short excursions to protect gear till ready to shoot. I like the extra storage front and back for very small items, cards, batteries, etc.

The :Format 160 was capable of holding my Canon Rebel T3i and a 55-250 mm lens as well as an assortment of lens caps and storage cards. The strap is a bit uncomfortable but is easy to switch out for a different one and does not seem to be much of an issue. the bag has a number of zippers and pouches for storing all sorts of useful things as mentioned above. when walking the bag feels comfortable and doesn't take up much space. easy to access interior. the bag has adjustable dividers inside it which are padded and held in place with sturdy velcro. the bag itself is decently padded and even after accidentally banging it on rocks a few times the equipment inside was unscathed. .Looks sleek and discrete. Overall a useful bag with a surprising amount of storage for it's size.

Bag is very sturdy and great size. I especially love the pockets for camera accessories and other items I need to have with me during photo shootings. Works well to store items and not have to bring a purse!

This bag was included in our camera purchase and is great for what it is, a small carry bag. Lots of little pockets and storage areas for odds and ends. Quality has been fine, have not had any issues with construction; strap is not padded and digs after carrying for a while. I will be looking for something a little bit bigger for my needs; Nikon D7100

This is a lightweight camera bag that has three compartments and comes with a shoulder strap. My Nikon camera and power cords all fit snugly inside and carried my stuff without damage on a trip to Kenya. My only nit-picking complaint is that it is a little bit too tall, which makes it top heavy. While driving around the bag would not stay still, it wanted to fall over all the time when we hit some small bumps.

I like this bag. Haven't taken it on a trip yet. Has tons of space and a nice net pocket in the lid for small items like memory cards and batteries. Will hold extra lenses and chargers. May be a bit on the large size, but is padded well and easy to get the camera in and out. Using it for a Sony Alpha a6000 Mirrorless Camera with 1650mm Retractable Lens and a Sony 55210mm f4.56.3 Telephoto Lens. Both fit well.

I only buy two different types of camera bags for my equipment: Dynex and Lowepro, and (although I can't prove it) I believe Dynex to be rebranded Lowepro material. It looks nice, zips open and closed smoothly, and looks like a professional choice to protect 2-3 smaller lenses-- or a lens and a body-- for storage or while traveling. In my experience, you can't miss with Lowepro.

This bag is awesome, it fits your DSLR and two lens, maybe three if you have some padding. Fits just enough and is not overly large to where you are comfortable taking it with you or fitting it in a backpack or suit case. We now use this size bag every time we transport our camera. This bag also is built very strong, I honestly do not have any worries that my camera will fall out or the stitching will slowly tear over time.

This bag was included with the camera package that I bought. Was pleasantly surprised to find that it has the space, the pockets, and a good divider to safely store and hold the camera and gear: camera, lenses, extra batteries, battery charger, memory cards, notebook, etc. It has turned out to be not just a way to carry the camera into the field, but is also the best way to store the gear at home, when it's not in use.

I got this camera bag free with a package deal. It is a good camera bag for smaller cameras. You can't fit dslr camera with zoom lens on and have any other storage space for anything else is the only complaint I have with this otherwise good bag quality.

I love that this bag holds not only the camera and multiple attachments, but it also has plenty of storage for additional camera accessories. It's large enough to carry the items i need but isn't too bulky making it uncomfortable to wear. I would definitely recommend this bag if your purchasing a camera and accessories.
