Really sad that I had to return this bag. Its super compact, but efficient space, and looks great. I would have liked the internal dividers to be a bit more firm, but more a preference.
The reason I returned it was that it was not secure when really full. I wasn't stretching it bad, and this thing held quite a lot... but unfortunately when you have something in the center that pushes at all on the sides, it bows the closing flap, leaving the sides of it open for someone to reach in / something to fall out. A simple switch of moving the straps from UNDER the flap to OVER the flap, and this thing would have worked great. If fact, I think it would look even cooler and be WAY more secure.
I have a Nikon D750 with a Spider Plate mounted. I thought perhaps without the spider mount that it would be ok, however it was still just too tall of a camera. Perhaps if I took the lens off and had it sit the other way, but I really don't want to futz around with attaching again if I want to go shoot while hiking around.
Some perspective though... I was able to fit all of the following in it, and have a little room still:
- Macbook 12"
- Nikon D750
- Extra 300mm lens (and its bulky)
- 2 iPhone 6plus's
- iPad Mini (with case)
- Medium sized Moleskine book
- Dual Battery Charger
- 4 extra EN-EL 15 batteries
- Bag of macbook stuff (charger block + an iPad one, EarPods, usb-c media adaptor, 3 lighting cables, 2 usb cables (micro and macro)
- Several pens
- Passports
- Some small snacks like trail mix
- Bose Over-ear headset
- Selfie Stick
That's a lot of stuff, and still felt pretty comfortable. I packed everything away from the height of the camera as much as possible, so as it not to add any more depth.
If those straps were on the outside, I'd be using this bag for sure.

I got this for my wife. She loves it, just the right amount of pockets, padding, and plenty of room for her laptop!

It has all the pockets you need. It's somewhat flexible in the way you can place the internal partitions, giving everyone a customized bag. Thumbs up.

I use this bag for my Surface Pro 4, Tablet and Sony A7ii full frame camera with a few lenses when I travel for work or pleasure. It is a fantastic bag that is weather resistant. It would be solid all around without the photography aspect, but nothing else has the flexible options for cameras and lenses with the right protection without too much size. If you shoot mirrorless, I'm not sure it can be beat. Plus, it looks cool!

This bag serves all my needs for my camera equipment. I have a camcorder and numerous accessories and it still comfortably fits my 15 inch MacBook pro, that is housed in a plastic case.
