It holds all the necessary components for a beginner and is padded for protection. As I get more accessories, I may have to upgrade to a larger bag though.

Good Size for Holding Additional Lenses

The bag can hold the kit lens, a 55-250 zoom, 50 mm (F-1.8), the camera, and a 40 mm pancake lens (when attached to the camera). It does everything I need it do as long as I'm careful and don't throw it around. If I were rough with my equipment, I would choose a different bag though.
