I bought this for my mother, but it didn't fit. The amplification worked well. Unfortunately, she has small ears, and the choices of caps for the piece that gets inserted into the ear did not come small enough for her. Had to return it.

Bought this for teaching so I can hear students in large rooms. Works ok a little cumbersome to wear and dials/controls can be tough. Also not the greatest quality in sound. But for the price it's not bad.

The background noise with these is terrible and it said it helped cancel our background noise. It is actually worse with these than without and background noise is my biggest issue. Batteries don’t last more than a couple of hours and they eat them like candy. I am returning my purchase.

He can use then anywhere, can hear while usijg them and best of all they are comfortable!

I was so excited to get this for my mom, when visiting the tv is so loud it hurts my ears and yet sympathetic to her lack of hearing. She said it was very uncomfortable and didn't fit right,

This item came damaged. The battery included had corrosion on the +side. Bought new pack of batteries for it. Still didn't work.

This product was one that worked fine until my grandpa died.

Received my unit last evening and after browsing the instructions I started using the unit and found that, after finding the proper size ear bud for me, I was able to cut TV volume to half my previous level yet hear program very easily. Did a bit of fitting and adjusting this morning and now I can hear whatever wife is watching out in the family room very easily. Am back to order second unit for a spare OR wear in both ears in the future. I can not believe what I have been missing!
