Headset works without the microphone plugged in! Love em!

Nice and sturdy headset but the sound quality isn’t the best

I purchased 2 of these sets one for me and one for my son 2 use on xbox one. When they work right they are great.first off build quality is amazing and they are very comfortable.very good sound.the negative is I've found that having me and my son use them in the same party chat seems 2 cause echo.if one of us use another brand then it goes away.also the microphone after using for a few months now is starting 2 give very bad feedback noise if in a certain position.if you move it around just right it does go away.all in all for the price they are decent.if you only need one set I would say you would be fine.I have since then purchase a different set as well so when me and my son play I do not get the echo.

The sound is very decent and the direction of voices/noises is easily discernible compared to other vendors.... However, the "feel" is very uncomfortable after a few minutes, and other players said that my mic volume was very poor even with XB1 boosting it to maximum. Other vendors have their own attachment to the controller that make this much better for an experience, but this one, sadly, does not. I got it for a clearance price and couldn't imagine keeping it at the full price value.

For a gaming headset, it's fine. For audio music listening, it lacks depth. The audio booster function also does nothing. Tried it with 2 pairs of LS20s

These headphones really surprised me. Quality-wise and audio, love that I can switch from XB1-PS4-Mobile use. FYI to turn off the headphones hold the power button for 1-sec

We purchased our first pair based on other great reviews. Unfortunately, we received a dud. However, the second pair has worked great. We have not had any problems.

Looking for a overall good quality headset that does a little of everything for a reasonable price, then this is the headset for you.

Bought these because they were on sale didn't really like the mic, and it turns out they work without it!

Its been a couple of months and it already breaking apart! It is also becoming weak doesnt hold its shape. Invest in somethg better.

After doing some research I decided to try these headphones not knowing much about the maker. When taking them out of the box the first thing I noticed was the high quality of the material. The materials used are impressive and very comfortable. These are not cheaply made and the sound quality is impressive. The headphones automatically work when plugged in but the quality greatly improves when the power button is turned on. The power button turns on the amplifier which gives impressive bass and overall great sound. The volume can be controlled on the knob like feature directly on the left ear. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and plan on buying another pair to give as a christmas gift. These are high quality headphones that I highly recommend.

My son was so excited to get these headphones. Unfortunately, sound only came out of one ear. Very disappointed.

I was optimistic at first, I had my sights on the ls40 upcoming model ($200) but these had dropped to $50 from $99 that seemed too good to be true! They are not wireless but hey using XBOX one, you don't have a choice unless you get sum Astros (way too expensive) As soon you turn on the EQ modes they sound like a decent $200 pair of headphones. Build quality is phenomenal and materials are premium. Quick buying factor: the makers are from Turtle beach, Madcatz, and Tritton. You will not be disappointed. I found my all in one/go to headset. Its a freaking 10 in my book if you want function, form, and everyday carry. Totally would recommend these to anyone looking for an affordable pair!

This gaming headset looks and feels like a normal headphone that you wouldn't be ashamed to wear in public. The built in amplifier, bass boost and removable boom along with the ear cup volume control are features you can't find on less expensive cans. The on the ear design can get a little uncomfortable after long game sessions and it seems the mic only works in the amplified mode, but it you can get these on sale they are definitely worth a look. Battery life on the amplifier last about 20 hours which is plenty for my needs. Also If you are just listening to music or don't game chat the passive modes sound is more than sufficient. I would definitely recommend lucid sound products!!!
