This is my first headset. Did a lil bit of R&D and chose this one. The sound that comes from the game and the other gamers is clear...sounds good. Nice fit over my head, cushion on ear pads feels good. Overall I think this is a great headset. There might be better ones out there that cost a grip...I'm not paying that much for a headset. This one does a great job for what I paid. I didn't have break the bank...

Read some other reviews before buying them. Surprised at the sound quality and the comfort of wearing them. The mute indicator light on the boom Mic is nice to have so you can tell for sure if you're muted or not. Overall rheyexceeded my expectations. Just wish there was a status light whip charging so you knew when it was done

Really great headset for the price! You cannot go wrong here. If you are like me and recently switched from a PS4 to an Xbox One or Vice Versa then this is just perfect because it is a universal headset which means I can use it for both. You can also wear it out in public whil listening to your phone and not get weird looks because the headset looks like a really expensive everyday headset and not a gaming headset.

In a word...quality! So many cheap made headsets out there. This one, head band is made of metal! Yes metal, not plastic. Packed with features to, volume control for sound and chat, mic monitoring, removable boom mic, wireless, universal to all consoles and they sound great!

Love the Headset. You actually hear things you never heard before or knew where there. Not completely wireless with Xbox though, still have to plug in the connection to the remote. Love the on board microphone also. You don't have to use the plug in mic if you don't want to. Great Product but Geek Squad Tech Support was not good this time. Trying to pair the headset to Xbox 360, called Geek Squad was transferred 5 times, every time was to the wrong department, when I got to the right place could barely hear the person on the other end and then he hung up on me. Not good Geek Squad. That took about 30 minutes and the problem wasn't resolved. Called Lucid Sound (which I should have called to begin with) and they had the problem fixed in 1 minute. They said any more problems just call us. I'm an Elite member and spend a lot of $$$'s at BB, plus I bought the extended warranty on the headset from Geek Squad, don't know if Geek Squad is taking a turn for the worst. I would have given it 5 Stars if the Geek Squad Tech Support had been half way decent.

These work great for gaming or watching movies. Controls are in the earpiece.

This headset is dead on. The independent volume cobtrols for chat and game are amazing. They are not surround sound, but honestly the sound quality is great. Have tried them with numerous games and the sound is top notch..perfer these over the Sony ones.

Doesn't really work well with a phone, would of wished it was Bluetooth for the phone. But I use it for my PS4 which is pretty good for the price.

I bought this headset as a deal of the day item. My old wired Turtle Beach headset would falter from time to time and the sound was cutting out. High quality sound on these, easy to use, comfortable, and overall a great purchase.

The sound is really good and deep. I can't comment on the mic quality as I haven't been in a party with it yet. I use it on the PS4. A few complaints - don't have it on your head when you power it on or off. It makes an extremely loud crackling sound in both ear cups, doesn't matter what your current volume level is. The left ear cup on mine also crackles when I move my head. Almost like there's a loose connection in the cup.

Super comfortable headsets with easy to learn controls to adjust chat and game volumes... fit snuggly on head and battery life is decent. Best Buy employee recommened to me and Im glad I made the investment! :)

Really loud and clear but likes to slide off my ears but very comfortable might get an exchange to see if it's just this pair that slides

These are my favorite headsets so far. They are very comfortable, very simple to use. They sound great and look great. It sucks that best buy does not have them anymore...

Bought for my 15 year old gamer son. He likes them, very satisfied. Seems to be well built. He uses it on his computer with no adapters and it works great. Reasonable price.

I was looking for a headset that could be multiplatform, but couldn't find anything under $250. Then I found this, it's comfy, clear, and wireless (for the most part).

These are the most comfortable headphones I've found so far.soond quality I great I would compare these to beats by Dre but for gaming.these things are awesome

These headphones I use on my ps4 they sound great and last at least 15 hours before I have to charge them

The headphones are what you'd expect. Great sound, very comfortable. They're a little creakier than I would like, but that's plastic for you

This product is super awesome for gaming. The price definitely worth it. The buttons to adjust volume or mute are very convenient.

I had the Astro A50's before these and I think they are good if not better and significantly cheaper. My only issue is that I think the volume adjusting is opposite on mine (i.e.: Game volume and game mute are on separate ears when the instructions say same). Overall not bad.
