I got this headset having never heard of LucidSound. I needed a wireless gaming headset for my Xbox and overall this headset delivered. The Rose Gold is a pretty unique look too. Sound quality is pretty strong. The controls are very intuitive for muting, overall volume, and balance between game and voice chat. It's a comfortable headset to wear as well. I've used Turtle Beach, Astro, LG, and a Plantronics RIG set but those were all wired. These have comparable quality without the wires. The only reason I didn't rate them the full 5 stars is that about once per 2-3 hour gaming session they will cut out as if they are losing connection and have a few seconds of choppy audio before coming back to normal. It's not a deal breaker, but it's an annoyance and none of the troubleshooting I have done has resolved the issue. Other than that, outstanding headset and a little less expensive than some of the other premium wireless headsets out there to boot.

The build quality on these is fairly low considering the price. it's fairly easy these days to find good quality sound in a reasonably priced headset this one didn't really cut it for me.

The mic didn’t last. Very long. The headphones cracked. I replaced them within 6 months.

Super uncomfortable, mediocre sound caused by a terrible design causing the ear pads to fit on your ear instead of over or around like they should. I replaced them with turtle beach stealth 600’s and no lie, the TB’s are so much better is amazing, and I though that brand was junk in the past

They are definitely luxurious but I wish they could be used for multiple systems. These will only work for your Xbox or Windows 10 device. I used them for my newer pc and they were great for some battlefield. I’ll probably use them for music at some point. The rose gold and white give them a luxury look. I would say they are not to feminine. Worth the value but as I said prior I wish they could also be used for other systems like PS4 and switch. But they all do this cause of rights.

For years , I’ve hated to be tethered to my controller with a nice headset. Not so with the LucidSound - LS35X, it was specifically developed for use with Xbox One and connects wirelessly directly to the console. What you will like : The headset syncs very easily. Power on, press the sync button on the headset and Xbox One and you are done. Very comfortable. The earcups are extremely soft and fit well. They are not as a large as the competition so if you have carny folk huge ears it may be a problem Impressive sound quality. Headset has loud , clear and crisp sounds. Directional sounds are superb and immersive. Chat it clear if not a bit overly sensitive to room noise. Easy controls for the most part. I always hated small buttons and switches to control volume on competitor models . The Lucidsound LS36X has a large rotating wheel on the outside of each earcup. One is for game volume and one is for the balance of chat/game play sound. Solid and premium look and feel. I own many gaming headsets of varying quality and the craftsman ship on this is near the top. You would be hard pressed to find another headset in this price range that has this attention to detail and build quality. What you might not like : No adjustments for sound via software or hardware. The competition tends to offer those options. Game/ Chat balance has some latency and can be a bit imprecise. You really are not going to change this much but it tends to jump around a but when you adjust. Takes some time getting used to. Conclusion – I really like this headset. There is something to be said to for a headset that requires no set up, no adjustments, no software - it just connects to the Xbox One and works. That is what I always liked about the old Xbox 360 wireless chat ear piece . The LucidSound - LS35X is light, comfortable and performs well. Recommend.

ok so kinda torn between 3 and 4 star and being I cant do halves I will rate this up. main reason for me going with 4 stars. it is completely wireless with xbox one. I have a few headsets that only do game sound but you still have to plug in the 3.5 (or 2.5mm) jack into the controller to talk. sound is ok thru these which is why I am torn from 3 to 4. not the best sound out there but not bad either. sometimes it will get a little static to it as well. not sure if that is someone calling phone, texting etc. but this is with being 5 maybe 10 feet away at most. but again, being hard to find a complete wireless headset, its tolerable for now. I prefer to be able to lift the mic up (rotate mic out of way) and have it mute etc. these do not allow that. but if eating, I rather just rotate mic eat and rotate back. the buttons are easy to use and basic on the headset. press to mute, sync etc. rotate for volume. downside is that you have to rotate a lot to turn volume up or down. color is nice. very comfortable. has a 3.5mm cord so you can use with other devices like your phone. sadly they are not Bluetooth so you cant connect to a phone wirelessly. also to use with a pc wirelessly, it has to be able to connect to a xbox controller (has to have xbox wireless built in). overall, I only recommend this right now if you use a xbox one and want to be wireless. if pc or other devices, or ps4, I don't recommend.

The plug-in the wired headphones broken inside headphones. You can only use them in Bluetooth now.

The ear cushions are smooth and light on the ears and you can control the volume and chat controls easily by turning the large wheels of either side of the headset. I would recommend an adjustable EQ for this headset.
