Lucky Star:The complete series.Blu-Ray 8 Discs.Kids love it.

This anime has no plot. That doesn't matter for lucky star though. If you want a funny relaxing anime about nothing this is the show for you. This anime is made by Kyoto Animation, or Kyoani, and has many references to other shows they had made at the time. This does not limit them to referencing other shows though. I didn't catch or understand every reference in the show but I do believe that it didn't degrade the show because of this.

Finally own all of Lucky Star on bluray and dvd. No more overpriced discontinued sets! Bluray quality has some jagged lines but is still watchable. Dvds are encoded better than the older ones which at times froze due to use of subtitles.

It is a great time just to see cute girls doing almost nothing and just do through their day to day lives. It is a fun ride the whole way, along with a great English dub, it should not be skipped over.

Lucky star is a classic in the slice of life genre. It's years old, but holds up very well. if you like characters doing dumb stuff every episode while warming your heart this is for you.

My son loves anime movies and this is one he has wanted for quite a while. Now he has it and watches it over and over.

If you are a fan of slice of life I highly recommend lucky star it was one of the earliest ones that lead the way.

Excellent and entertaining shoju no romance involved. Similar to Ka on without the music.

A well done anime that makes fun of other Anime's. One of the best fast paced non-nonsensical intro's I've seen in a long time.

Per my granddaughter, "It's awesome." She quite pleased with this collection as part of her Christmas gifts.
