Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD is a really fun trip back to one of the best 3DS games. The HD upgrade looks great — the mansions are full of detail, and Luigi’s goofy reactions are still hilarious. The ghost hunting and puzzles hold up really well, and it’s just a cozy, charming game overall.
That said, $60 feels a bit high for what’s basically a remaster. There’s not a ton of new content or major changes, so it’s hard to justify the full price if you already played it before.
Still, if you’ve never tried it or just want to revisit it in shiny HD, it’s a solid and spooky-good time.

The remaster is light, a decent improvement over the original (models, resolution, controllers compatibility) but a bit pricey at full price. I wish nintendo did a bundle of both LM1 and 2 (1 was also on the 3ds), but this remaster is still fun, specially if you liked 3 and are looking for more.

Purchased for my grandson for Christmas - huge hit! Just what he wanted. Excellent Service- the sales person had to do some research for me to make certain I got the correct game.

While I never played the 3Ds version I have to say I'm really enjoying the Switch version of this entertaining game. Price wise I'm not complaining as I don't have a 3DS to play the original if you do more power to you but regardless this game is worth full admission to play both for its game quality and overall entertainment value.

This game is really fun and really disteacts you from everything else. It has its tricky puzzle to not keep you bored and the game getd harder as it progresses. A great game I reccomend. The prica tag is pushing it however.

Loved this game growing up but was curious to see if my opinion held up. Thankfully it looks like it did. While the visuals are significantly worse than Luigi's Mansion 3. The level design, mechanics, theming, and humor all hold up excellently. I would go as far to say that I enjoyed this entry a little more than 3.
