I think that overall the product is good. I have some issues with connectivity because the Ethernet connected from my router to the laptop is sometimes spotty. But other than that the product works like a charm.

Strong signals throughout the property...even to a detached building behind main house. Affordable and reliable!

Luma is a great buy for homes without great WiFi I have big walls and still with luma I have great WiFi I don’t give a perfect grade because sometimes very few times WiFi goes back and forth

It is very simple to use. The support was very helpful. Works well and the app is easy to use.

I believed they hurry on releasing this product. It is not ready for prime time. A lot of the promised features are not there. Setting is fast and easy if you don't run into any issues or need to make any changes. If you do then it is a pain you need to factory reset each device and create a new account (new email) every time you need to do it. I run out of emails and had to use my wife email. Check out the Eero, it looks like it is readier for prime time.

This product was difficult to make work initially but once set up (3 hours on phone with support) it works pretty well. It extends the coverage to most of my home (more than 5000 sqft)

Was a little hesitant as previously purchased devices DID NOT work in our old 1920's home with thick plaster walls, but this one works excellent. There is one placed on each of the 3 floors and the signal is strong the majority of the time. If all 5 people and a few tvs are online at once, it does slow down and the higher floors connection does drop occasionally, but for the most part, this was a perfect solution for our problem.

This unit is a three unit system and works with on my main level upstairs and basement my home is 2800 sq feel and has had some dead spots. This system works better what cox offers

Easy to install, activate, and use. Luma greatly improved my WF service throughout 4 floors.

The setup was a bit confusing but after that it has worked very well. We bought 4 and we can reach all the way to the back of the yard which is about 1000 feet behind the house.

Tried everything from extenders to different routers. This product worked for my 2 story home.

Placed in several locations around the house and upstairs. Vastly extended our Wi-Fi range.

The best part for me of this tool is the ability to parental control my kids internet time. Not only can I set restrictions on PG, PG-13 etc (and notifies me of anytime the kid requests an exception for me to grant) but also can set x hours per day they are allowed to use the Internet and also set bedtime hours when the internet shuts down for each of these kids. Very useful to help kids stay disciplined.

This nest wifi has solved all of our problems with dead spots in our house. We love it.

Fast and efficient upgrade for my condo. Have had 8 people connected at once. No issues.

They were not easy to setup, they were not easy to control, after one day they disconnected from the network, you couldn't tell which if any device you were connected to and you could stand right next to the device and have poor signal although the app said it was operational. Oh and when it disconnected from the network the app said it was fully operational. Took them back and purchased the Velop system.. save time and spend the extra... Worth it. My home is a 2000 foot ranch style split level.
