Posted .Hello! Phone removal can be done two different ways. The push method is done by gently pushing your phone through the camera cutout on the backside of the case. Make sure not to push on the phone's camera lens!
The pull method is done while holding the case with the bottom facing up, place your fingers on the bottom of your phone and gently pull up and lift out your phone.
