Soft , large and wide , cushy seat. Back a decent height than others but another few inches would have made it awesome. Swivel feature is fun. Hard for me to get up in chair because you have to raise it to desired height before sitting in it and I always need mine high. I wanted to pick a barstool with a smaller, more modern look but I chose this one based on comfort. Also the color said white but it is cream. So far wipes down ok with no issues. Good and solid, no buttons, arm sleeves, etc...chair shouldn't fall apart.

This was a nightmare process of trying to chairs for my bar. The first two I ordered were both defective. The hydraulics do not hold up most of the time. Plus in shipping, one of the chair bottoms got ripped up. I had to send the original chairs back. Unfortunately the base, once together, cannot be taken apart. So I had to spend my own money to buy another box to ship everything back. Three boxes to ship what came in 2 boxes. The replacement pair came, and only one has worked 100%. The hydraulics on this pair were a little better, but after a week one of my chairs does not hold up. I believe the reason the hydraulics do not hold up is because there's flimsy material on the bottom of the chair that eventually presses on the hydraulic button whenever you sit in the chair for a while. At this point I'm just waiting to see if the that chair will succumb to the same problems as the other chair. Do not get these chairs!!!

It is a great chair for office use and i love how comphy it is

I had to buy two pairs of these chairs because the first pair wouldn't stay up with weight in the chair because of the hydraulics failing. And the second chairs are barely staying up with weight in the chair.

When delivered free of defects this chair is all the purchaser would hope it to be. Very comfortable, roomy, and sturdy.
