Kind of gimmicky. Bought it for my wife - I guess it works okay but the coaching is only for small periods of time. Hard to incorporate this into your daily life to be able to really track results. Good idea but hard to adopt.

If you want to improve your posture AND keep track of your steps, the Lumo Lift is perfect! It took three days for me to sit and stand straighter automatically, but I still wear it so I can keep track of my activity and monitor my posture. It fits lightly against your skin underneath clothing, and so far this has not been an issue for me. I love it!

I purchased this for my 17 year old athelete. It keeps reminding him to be aware of his posture. It is easy to use! The battery stays charged for days at a time.

been using my lumolift for a couple of weeks now and it has definitely shown me how poor my posture is and a very pleasant side note. The pedometer function appears to me to be superior to some of the wrist worn devices available today. I use an up24 (only accurate if worn on the ankle) and also use the Iphone 6 built in motion sensors. It is on par with both.

I really needed somehting that will monitor my sloching since I have Parkinson Diease, the natuarl way for me to walk so this Lumo gives me a reminder to force myself to stand up straight. I love this device.

The idea for this product is amazing, but the actual part you wear does not stay in place unless you are wearing something very tight and heavy weight. The clip to place on a bra strap does not stay in place, so the sensor does not read your posture correctly. Hopefully they will make something lighter weight in the future.

The Lumo posture device has helped me feel and look better

This product has it almost right. The concept is fantastic but it doesn't function consistently when I am moving from task to task in a hurry. I returned it but would have kept it if it had more levels of alarm buzzes -- I had it on the highest but most of the time I didn't hear or feel it alert me.

I pre-ordered my Lumo Lift and was one of the first to have one back in August. As another reviewer noted, there were some bugs initially (not unlike any consumer electronics product these days including my iPhone 6). I contacted customer support and got immediate help to resolve the problem so it wasn't a big deal. I give this device 5 stars because it has helped relieve chronic upper back and neck pain from years of bad posture. It has taught me that, despite active efforts to fix my posture over the years (including yoga, physical therapy and even surgery), I was not doing as good of a job as I thought I was. Having this objective device tell me is extremely useful. Incidentally, it has completely replaced my fitbit and does a great job of tracking my fitness. I have had no issues with missing days unless I forget to charge it.

This device works OK if you're sitting. It will tell you when you've been slouching. But if you're standing it doesn't seem to do anything at all. I returned mine. It's not worth the money.

I was very excited about the lumo lift but was let down by a buggy product that is not ready for prime time yet. The windows software is buggy and crashes often and makes using the lift very hard. The lumo lift is also supposed to record all of your movement through out the day. Unfortunately mine decided to lose 95% of my recorded data meaning I have about two days of data. Very disappointed. Overall this product is not ready for public use. Don't pay a hundred dollars just to be a tester for Lumo.

Does not have PC or Android apps developed yet. Only works with latest Apple products.
