  • Hardware didnt work

    Directions were clear, packaging was good, but the hardware didnt work so i put most of it together just for the whole thing to fall apart at the end. Now i have to return and its half built. So disappointed

    Item arrived damaged. (Top piece was cracked in two places.) The package is very heavy and would require two people to lift it so I can see why delivery was an issue. We contacted Best Buy and they offered to send a replacement.The replacement was never delivered and was shipped back to the warehouse and the original damaged item was never picked up. We contacted Best Buy again and they said we would get a refund but still waiting on refund. Don’t waste your time or money on this item.

    Solved the puzzle, but particle board was falling apart while putting it together. I mean, if the box was open before purchasing, NEVER would have bought it
