I thoroughly researched this Best Buy deal of the day. I charged it up according to the instructions and when I went to use it, it was completely dead. I called Best Buy.com as I ordered it online and after five days of waiting for a free UPS return label via email, I ended up taking time out of my week to return it at a local store and luckily, the manager was considerate and customer service savvy and saved me as a customer. Best Buy.com specialists are not thoroughly trained and it shouldn't take five days for a UPS return label to be sent to my confirmed email. This is not the first time the Best Buy.com has not come through. It was important for me to have a portable power charge bank so I had no choice but to buy a different brand but they didn't do anything to credit or get my defective item back to them in a timely manner. Very disappointing. Spent a total of 2 1/2 man hours on the phone with them, had to go back to the store on my own time, and to this day, have not received the UPS return label nor a call back from a supervisor as I had requested. Not good

This is a great source for that on the go power when you need to charge your cell or tablet. Nice and compact!

Light weight and long life. Excellent ease of use. Can be used to change and type of devise.

Works just like the description. Small enough to fit in your pocket. My daughter can charge her phone about three to four times on a full charge.

It takes about 4 hours to charge and then will charge my smartphone twice w/ 1/4 charge left. This is more than adequate for my needs.

Its a compact battery charger, a little heavier and slower charge than i expected

Have barely used it, so not much to say. But so far, so good ... no complaints (so for now, 4 out of 5 stars but might be 5 out of 5). The only "issue" so far, it comes with an LED light ... didn't know how to turn it on. Found out from the store, one button push works the charger, double button push works the LED light.

This has helped me out a few times since I purchased it. Just be sure and have this charged. When you are out and about and find that your phone is about to die, just plug your phone to it and you are good to go.

It's a nice charger. About average. Nice looking. Not a fast charger, but it holds it own.

This was for an original pixel with a dying battery. It works! $15 or hundreds of dollars? I like the cheaper version. This spare lasts 2 to 2 days or longer, based on phone usage. Awesome!

Keep it my purse at all times, comes in handy when my iphone needs to be charged on road trips.

This product holds its charge well. It was charged before a trip. Fortunately It was not needed but it is still fully charged.

Our old portable charger was large and heavy; this one is small and light in weight; perfect for taking on vacation.
