I thought that this would be an awesome gift for Valentine’s Day. The person I ended up getting it for was supper excited when opening. She went to use it and was disappointed saying how the thing would pull her hair out and wouldn’t get hot enough.

This product works really good , the heat level and the way it looks is so pretty . I love the cover. It has good heat control . The only thing I don’t like is when I take the curler from the plug it goes out. It is not Cordless! I have tried it so many times. This was the main reason I bought it, because it supposed to be Cordless. I have a warranty so I am going to take it back! To see if I can at least exchange it!

Charge don't last. Heat is warm. Wont work with the wife's hair. Back to corded.

I absolutely LOVE my Lunata cordless flat iron! Charges quickly and battery lasts longer than the manual says. Their customer service is also top notch. I had an issue where mine would just shut off while using it. I contacted the company, we discussed the issue, and decided I had a faulty battery. They immediately sent me an upgraded replacement at no cost to me AND I was able to keep the other one.
I would recommend this to a friend
