I have used bidets for a while and they go a long way in maintaining a personal hygiene The last one spring a leak and had replaced with Luxe Neo 120. I was extremely satisfied with that unit. So when another one of the older ones broke down I had no hesitation in ordering another Luxe Neo 120. Best Buy has the best price. Shipped fast, and arrived in great condition Installation was a cinch It works great.

This product has been recommended by my friends for a long time as a necessity for my home. After owning it for a week, I have to say I agree with them. The product is install and set up, be aware, you may need longer screws and toilet seat bumpers/spacer, as the product adds a little space which could make you feel like you are sitting on a plank. Also, do not forget to register for extended warranty through Luxe.

Easy to use and install. Perfect addition to our new bathroom.

It was easy to install. I had my 3 daughters install it while I overlooked it. They only thing is to make sure your screws for the toilet seat cover are long enough to go through the the cover and bidet. I ordered 2 and the first one wasn’t long enough. Not a big deal. Just didn’t pay attention on the first one. Definitely recommend to others looking for a quick, and simple to install bidet

Have everything to install include plastic tools just the height is making toilet seat is not totally flat. I discovery there is another model to use warm water

Installation was easy and quality seems good. It’s just not a perfect fit for my bowl and the toilet seat does not go all the way down slightly because of it.

For being a Toilet/bidet attachment, honestly this was pretty nice. Would definitely recommend to people, especially when toilet paper is a hot commodity right now. =P

covid-19 and the toilet paper epidemic pushed this purchase on me and i have to see it was well worth it. I ended up putting them on all my toilets. This has a pretty strong stream if you crank it all the way up. So don't worry it will get all that crud off you....lol

The first time I've seen this was in a friend's house Florida and I've been a fan of it. I waited to have it on sale at Best Buy and bought, installed 3 of them at my house. I just wish my house have the warm water line to connect to this and would have been great, the fault is not in the product but the water line.

This is a good quality inexpensive add on Bidet that upgrades your existing toilet. It is relatively easy to install.

There are “ bumpers” available for the toilet seat, from the manufacturer ,as the unit raises the space between the toilet and the seat 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. It would have been better to supply them as I had to go to Home Depot to get some. The unit was easy to install and functions well. The wife is happy.

I’m very satisfied with this purchase. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I am having some technical issues with it. They are not so bad that the thing is worthless though. But for 50 dollars, I am very satisfied. Only other thing I could think of adding is that they should include the toilet seat risers with the purchase, they obviously know some people will need them.

This is a good bidet. Only complaint is the design of the bidet body that attaches to the toilet. Aligning up the body with the screw holes on the toilet is difficult. I managed to get it aligned but the toilet seat moves a little bit when you sit on it. I have tightened the screws to the point that I’m afraid to tighten more for fear Of stripping the screws. This replaced a Blue Bidet BB-1000 which had a better design for attaching it to the toilet
