Returned product due to issues in installing. It may be fine but did not work.

Sprayer never worked 100% and then ended up not working at all wouldn’t recommend.

The product seemed decent but I never got to find out. Upon installation, my toilet seat would not close with about a 3 inch gap. My only option was to shop around and buy a new toilet seat that would accommodate the bidet. No thanks.

Missing a gasket so now I have to return it, without even assembly it! I’m in lockdown so that’s a problem. How can you send paid for items that have missing parts? Shame on Best Buy!

Taking it back because I have a Rinnai water heater that takes a long time to heat up. I have not tried it though.

I've had this Neo 320 for almost 4 years now, and it's still working. My first bidet didn't last nearly as long. These things are primarily plastic, including the parts that connect the knobs to the valves, which was what gave out on my first one (different brand). I bought the Neo because it was more like a single-handle bathroom faucet, where the main handle controls both flow and temperature; although the handle is plastic, I think the valve is built better than most. (Also, since my first bidet broke, I have been extra gentle with this one.) Bidets in general are great. You get clean, you feel clean. Nobody goes back to paper. Dampness is an issue, of course. I keep a supply of cheap washcloths on hand to dry myself off. (An electric seat with a heated air dryer will run you hundreds of dollars more, and require a nearby outlet.) One issue for non-electric hot water bidets is that the hot water takes a while to reach you, depending on how far your bathroom is from your hot water heater. I can reach over and run hot water in the sink, but if I don't, I'm seldom sitting there long enough for the hot water to reach me. Plus, while the cold water comes right from the toilet feed, the hot water comes from your sink's hot water feed, which may be far away, and certainly requires a hole to be drilled in your cabinet. Cold water washes really aren't an issue (to me), so you might want to go with a (much cheaper) cold-only model if your bathroom sink isn't near your toilet. Or spend far more for an electric bidet that heats your water for you. Lastly, these non-electrics work on water pressure, and it takes some decent water pressure for the squirter to extend down from behind the protective wall. So get ready for an initial blast. Just a warning. Highly recommended.

I purchased this exact model on a different site before Best Buy started carrying it. I waited 2-3 weeks since they were backordered and was excited to install it when it finally arrived. After hooking everything up, the t-adapter for the cold water line leaked, no, sprayed everywhere. I emailed them about a replacement part and while they sent it right away, it still took 4 or 5 days to arrive. Doing anything with a toilet is guaranteed to be a little messy and wet so you want to do everything in one go. They initially sent me a metal cold water t-adapter but the replacement they sent was plastic. We'll see if that one works any better. I also purchased an additional roll of teflon (plumber's) tape. For now, only the hot water line works and while I want to say the bidet is life changing, it's really not. It's just water being sprayed at your rear end. I use TP before I use the bidet. My previous routine was TP followed by a wet wipe. I don't feel like the bidet is a significant upgrade over wet wipes. In the long run, it may save you some money over buying wet wipes but it's not going to change your life.
