I bought it and had to send it back, it didn't fit m6 toilet, what a disappointment!

Worked well for about 6 months until the one of the nozzles got stuck in the down position. The only way to get it to go back up is to push it up. Who wants to touch the inside of your toilet every time you use the bidet? It must be some sort of design flaw. I recommend a different brand.

Great product which reduced the cost of toilet paper and saved money.

Good size & water pressure , sits well on toilet.. The only thing is: NOT good Quality knop handle, it has a plastic cheap handle it will easily break with few uses...

This bidet is not universal fit....after spending quite a bit of time installing it onto their round (not elongated) toilet seat, my daughter was dismayed to find that the water jet shoots to the absolute front of the toilet seat and sprays the wall opposite the toilet! They tried adjusting the spray, but it's not possible to adjust it enough so that the bidet works properly. Fairly certain we can't return it at this point, so we wasted our money.... Very disappointing!

Really wished we could use it. Hubby said it didn't fit our toilet.I would recommend, as long as it fits your toilet.

I am super pleased with our Neo 320. Our needs were above the ordinary, and the Neo 320 was very attractive for us. My senior citizen wife is extremely cold natured. Ordinary tap water temperature from the bidet was not an option. My following comments are not negative, but reflect the enjoyment I had in the installation process. I share this for those mechanically inclined who have the same situation of mine and might like to follow my procedure (it is outside the manufacturer’s instructions). The situation was I had cold water in the hot water pipe from the hot water heater the length of the house plus the additional cold water that would be in the new seven feet of hose to the bidet. Below is why and how I solved my problem. First I measured the water volume necessary to purge the hot water line of cold water. It took one and one half gallons. Normally a person could open the hot water tap and run it until the hot water came. But then the water still had to go seven feet or so to the bidet fixture plus the residual water in the fixture itself. That amount of room temperature water was not acceptable to us at the discharge nozzle. My problem was how to drain the line of cold water. I found my toilet tank held one and one half gallons. Flushing the toilet would substitute for holding a tap open until the water got hot. All I had to do was connect the new hot water tube to the toilet tank. I connected a new 3/8 inch flex tube to a “T” under the lavatory hot water fixture and another 3/8 “T” to the tube that ran to under the toilet tank. I connected the tank to the “t” using a standard flex connector. I then connected a shut off valve to the remaining side of the “T.” To that shut off valve I connected the Luxe provided fixture that was intended to be installed under the lavatory. The last step was to shorten the Luxe 10 foot tube to two inches long (keeping the 8MM end). Then I connected the two inch tube to the adapter and attaching the 8 MM to the bidet attachment. The remaining fixture open end required a cap. That was it for the hot water feed. Again, all I did was move the point which the Luxe unit connected to the house supply from being under the lavatory to a point under the toilet tank. The last step was to connect the regular cold water supply (that would normally go to the tank) to the Luxe fixture cold water fitting. Flushing the toilet, before it’s use, caused the hot water to be drawn into the tank and to the bidet itself. INSTANT HOT WATER!! To purge the fixture of cold water, including the nozzle, I held a plunger over the nozzle and sprayed a few second. I hope this information might be of help to those who must have a hot water source at the bidet itself.
