Flimsy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this as a replacement for my daughters Kindle and while it fits perfectly, the hardback cover became warped after about a week and has not retained it's original form. Sadly, there are not a great deal of options. On a good note, it holds the kindle tightly in place.

It ok

Go with the actual Amazon Kindle case ...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a nice well built case, but when compared to the one by Amazon all of the shortcoming become apparent. The case doesn't really go on that well and the rubber band strap looks like that it may be putting too much pressure on the screen and I would worry about damage (had this happen with a different case and tablet not this one). M-Edge has always made good cases which is why I tried this one ... and for the Kindle series Amazon's cases seem to be so far ahead that it makes it look like they just didn't try with their Kindle series cases.

Many airplane trips and hotel evening reading. If still is like new. Great price and excellent quality. Definitely recommend this one to my friends.
