It is an amazing device. I was very surprised with it's performance, way better than I imagined. I use it mainly for video edition, my last laptop was a Ryzen 5 with windows and some videos that took 5-10 minutes to render on it, takes less than 30 seconds to render on the Macbook Pro. The design is great too, the materials, the screen, everything feels like a premium product. The touch bar is very useful to me, since I write in portuguese which has a different layout for the keyboard. Very satisfied.

I’ve had this laptop for over a year now and all I can say is; The “M1” chip in this MacBook late model has transformed my computing experience! It’s quickly processes everything fast, handling multiple apps with seamless precision. Battery life is great too (multiple school days on one charge). Plus, the retina display makes everything from text to videos incredibly sharp and easy on the eyes. For anyone in the market for a powerful, efficient, and user-friendly laptop, this MacBook is a no-brainer. It’s truly a top-tier machine that’s worth every penny. The last bit of icing on the cake is that it is a Mac which inherently makes it more difficult to get any kind of virus or additional bloatware accidentally installed.

This laptop is absolutely amazing! I was a bit concerned at first about the 8GB RAM but the M1 chip more than makes up for it and I’ve been able to run large games with mods on it. I haven’t even had to upgrade the RAM. The interface is smooth and amazing, the touch bar is extremely useful for quick interactions. I also use it for school and its performance is top tier, with it having one of the best track pads I’ve ever experienced. I even do some digital art on it and have never bought a mouse for it. After a year of constant use it’s still in amazing shape!

This computer is absolutely amazing. I haven't used a Mac as my daily laptop in close to 10 years now. The performance of this computer is nothing short of impressive. There are faster machines out there but those all come with the expense of added weight, heat, and especially fan noise. Battery life is unreal. The past hour I've been on it with the brightness at max while streaming tidal and browsing the internet while returning emails....I'm still at 92% while writing this. It has been a long time since I've been able to use a laptop.....on my lap. Bottom is ice cold even when doing photo editing. It even has plenty of power to emulate windows using the Beta version of Parallels. It's the ultimate portable powerhouse.

Amazing MacBook!! The MacBook with M1 is blazing fast, even the standard base model with no upgrades. This was a replacement from an iPad since I needed more of a computer feel and software for my work. I now use sidecar with my iPad for additional display. I've run into ZERO issues with any software or applications not working with the M1 chip. I've heard of problems arising but I myself have not come across that at all. If you have any other Apple products and are looking into buying a computer but hesitating on a Mac, SERIOUSLY consider an Apple computer (whether it's an iMac, Mac mini, Pro or Air). The Apple ecosystem is what makes the slightly higher price tag SO worth it. All of your Apple products sync with one another seamlessly and everything you put on your iPhone can be accessed by your MacBook or iPad via iCloud (ecosystem), etc and vice versa, which makes keeping all of your things in "one place" so easy. You can also continue where you left off on one device and pick back up from another. This is what has kept me for years. MacOS is also incredibly easy to use. These computers will last over a decade -- I have a mid-2011 iMac in my office that is still working today. It's an investment but one that will LAST. I work for a tech company and see Windows computers coming in and out for repairs and getting replaced every week. Mac computers are far less frequent. You will love whatever Mac you decide on when you realize just how much you're missing out on from not having one! Amazing, amazing computers. Powerful and secure. Great battery life. Beautiful Retina display. Seamless switching between devices. I could go on and on and on and on...

I am writing this 2 years after purchase, and I am still thrilled with my purchase. I had purchased cheaper laptops in the past with "similar specs", but they always fell short of my expectations. This is truly a workhorse laptop, which still has not failed me. The battery life is still excellent after 2 years thanks to the smart charging capabilities and the computational speed is astounding. I program all day for my job and this gets the job done with no slow downs.

Wow, what can I say. This is probably one of the best ‘older’ machines for the buck. M1 3.5 inch makes it highly portable; and the power of the M1 chip is only rivaled by it’s bigger brother m2 and soon to be m3. This machine will go at least 5 years, but built to go 10 if you take care of it. They can be had at an excellent price at Best Buy, especially if you go with an open box.

The MacBook is awesome! It's got a super sharp Retina display that makes everything look amazing, from movies to work stuff. The keyboard feels great to type on, and the trackpad is super smooth and responsive. One of the best things is the battery life – it lasts for ages, so you don't have to worry about carrying a charger everywhere. Plus, macOS is really easy to use and has tons of cool features and apps. The build quality is also really solid and premium. All in all, if you want a laptop that's stylish and powerful, the MacBook is a fantastic choice.

Life long Windows guy but finally decided to make the switch to Macbook and it's been one of the best decisions by far. Love everything about this computer - its long battery life, beautiful display, fast processors, and everything else you could want in an ideal work or personal device.

The M1 wins. I had bought the intel with 16 gigs and it was warm and you can hear the fans blowing. I exchanged for the M1 and wow!!! Don’t even think about getting an intel MacBook Pro. Go right for the M1!!!

I upgraded from my 2012 MacBook to the M1 and I notice a huge difference in speed, battery life, screen resolution and weight. The majority of my electronics are Apple so this fits in to the ecosystem. I think what impressed me most was how good the battery life is. With light use of internet browsing, music and video playback. I was able to go 3-4 days before I felt the need to charge the battery. I also want to note that I bought this as an open box satisfactory and I am very pleased with the condition it was in. I didn't notice any cosmetic issues.

I got very good deal when I bought this MacBook Pro, and is good quality, good battery, perfect product, I would like buying MacBook before, the Best Buy price always let me surprise! I will flowing Best Buy!

The display is perfect, very fast processor and good battery

This is my third Mac purchase from Best Buy in Mission Viejo. The M1 MacBook Pro is a game-changer. My first purchase was an iMac in 2013. My second purchase was a MacBook Air in 2014. Both those units are still up and running and work great! Now on to the M1 Power Book Pro: This laptop is on steroids. It is so fast that I can't even make a French Press Coffee the way I used to on my iMac. For those who surf the web, do email and consume media truckloads, this is a perfect laptop. Yes, I also create media, and I wanted to see if this laptop were everything I thought it would be. The answer is yes. Now the camera is not the best, okay? Everything else, simply perfect! PS I originally wanted to get a new MacBook Air with 16GB of RAM and a 2TB drive, and Apple is still ramping things up. No worries, as soon as the new iMac M1x comes out, I'll get that too, LOL. For 1299.00 USD, this is a great value.

MacBook works amazing, super slim easy to carry and the battery life on it is crazy!

So far I have only had to call Apple Support once. I have been a pc user since pc's were made and had to write my own programs in DOS. I decided to make the switch since I already own a iPhone 12 Pro, Apple Watch, and an Ipad. This is by far the best quality I have owned. The screen performance is amazing. M1 chip is super fast, especially with the digital drive. I bought the Hyper Drive Solo 7-in-1 USB-C HUB with the MacBook Pro 13". This allows me to connect any peripherals like a mouse with a scroll wheel, external drive, etc. I took a picture of the back of the box so you can see what they advertise that the accessory can do. There is a small learning curve for the iOS system for me, but nothing to worry about. Once I understood a few things this is a very user friendly operating system. I really love my new girl here. User friendly and nice to touch..lol

it's great to use MacBook Pro 13.3" Laptop - Apple M1 chip - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD (Latest Model) - Space Gray. Super fast running speed. display is very vivid and very useful. battery is very durable. can work continuously for 8 to 9 hours without needing to charge. It's convenient for a lot of traveling work. It's great. I love it.

i’ve my Macbook, i got it for college and i’m in my third year now and it’s working amazing as always. It did break so i had to fix it and while it was pricey it was worth it

The M1 Chip sets this computer apart from even other Macs. This computer is faster than anything I have ever used- and extremely intuitive. The touch bar is phenomenal.
