The computer came it was promised on Saturday was not delivered till Monday which was horrible as it was a gift but bought out of open box excellent certified An it looks great but doesn’t work. It looks like it wasn’t properly rebooted I’ve waited years to be able to afford this foot my grandson just wish I knew how to get it to boot up now I have to drive 2 hours again to just have it fixed so it is even later than originally thought.I would recommend this it’sa nice computer it’s just not ready to be got on to like you’d think. That’s why I had it delivered it was promised on the day I needed it which was a lie then it got here An isn’t working

do not buy this computer from Best Buy. I bought this computer with Best Buy and I bought total tech and apple care with the computer because it's so expensive and I need it for work. Best Buy cancelled my apple care and Best Buy tech without my permission. my one year old computer is dead and I can't fix it.I can't work and I can't fix it because someone canceled my AppleCare and didn't tell me. this company is horrible. Dont trust Best Buy. I did and I regret it.

Charger and power Cable is missing, It was a open box item with no missing parts mentioned on the box. No solution even after talking to Store associates and customer care. They are not able to reduce the price and not giving another charge/cable.

Spend 2600$ on a computer for it to last 8 months. 8 months old and it just crashed, hoping there is some sort of manufacturer's warranty on device.

Bought a refurbished one and it broke literally two days after the warranty went out. I stuck with a $2000 laptop that is non-functioning. Thank you, Best Buy.

Please note....my rating for the Macbook is probably 4 or 5 stars. No problems. The ONE star is for Best Buy. Turns out the Rewards program doesn't reward you for Apple products. Buyer beware!!! If you can purchase this elsewhere for same price, you might as well. No distinct advantage to buy through Best Buy. In fact, it may cost you more if you have to pick item up when you could have it delivered for free from somewhere else. The loyalty program doesn't reward you for loyalty. However, it turns out you can get points if you use their credit card.

The good news is that setting up the OS with Time Machine worked smoothly (compared with my last attempt with the earlier model). The bad news is that the OS itself is flawed in any number of annoying ways. Particularly problematic is the the HDMI connection no longer supplies audio to my television monitor. Then there are the flaws in trying to save a Text Edit file with the txt extension. Another major annoyance is the the OS breaks its connection to my television when I switch to another HDMI input. In other words, some of my most heavily used features seem to have been flushed away.

Thunderbolt docks brick M1 laptops. This has apparently been an issue since the 2020 Macbook Air. Sure it was a great machine all 6 hours that I got to use it. When I went to remove my Dell WD19TB dock from it (an Apple certified dock if you look it up), it bricked. Completely shut down, never to turn on again. Apple support told me to exchange it with Best Buy instead of actually trying to fix it. I think I will go for a refund. I certainly didn't expect a nearly $3K laptop to be this fragile.

Bought Total Tech to have data transferred from old to new pc. Was told 3 days. Went I. To pick up and transfer was not complete. Had transferred no pictures put half my files in a folder on desktop other half never transitioned. Advised tech did not follow required trans fer process. It is now day 5 and maybe I get it tomorrow. No value in being a Total Tech member

Not as fast as previous models, plus the graphics are not great. Not sure it was worth the money, I think I'm going to keep my 2015 i7 Pro Book and sell this one.

I purchased it twice but it was having battery issues. Like battery should work for 15-16 hours but was working for only 3-4 hours.

I did not find the difference for a mac m1, it is not worth the additional cost
