I am all things Apple, so I already knew the product was top-notch. The price was the reason I bought it, as I needed a new laptop for my work. The sale was a real help to my bottom line.

Great open box purchase. Got free apple care with total tech. No problems with it what so ever. Great price and love the open box deal. It was clean and came with a free extra iPhone charging cable.

This was purchased for a family member. the mac has a big learning curve compared to a PC

I use this laptop for software dev and some game dev. I have never heard the fans spin up…EVER. This has to be the most efficient piece of hardware ever made. There is more than enough power for anyone in the professional field

the apple macbook pro 16'' laptop is a great computer, the best operating system of any computer i have ever used, this is number three for me, just got one for my son. they are not cheep but worth the money.

We bought this for my daughter to take to college. It's been a great computer and having the TotalTech to back it up (although it hasn't been needed), just is icing on the great.

The most amazing piece of technology I've ever purchased. Also Kesley Dieudonne helped me at the Willow Grove store in Philadelphia and he is awesome. He deserves a big raise. He's the most patient man in Philadelphia!

When I got my MacBook, the box was beat up and the wrapping was ripped. When I opened the box, the MacBook looks fine and I’ve have been using it for 2-3 weeks now and I live it!

Called & talked to Kelly (if I remember correctly - call was at 12:06 PM 33 minutes) was very patient and helpful - she made it very easy to purchase a MAC Laptop on line.

It is nice and fast machine, can do easy to difficult assignments.

Apple does it again. This is a great laptop. I love the 4 lightning ports on either side. It makes it really easy to charge while sitting on my couch where I have to charge it from the left or in bed where I have to charge it from the right. Intel has always made great processors as well. The only reason it's getting 4 stars is be cause I wish Apple would still use the magsafe charging ports.

I was on the fence about getting this now or eaiting for the supposed M2 Pro & M2 Max lineup. However, I purchased this one and could not be happier.

Always buy Mac Pro we just replaced a 2009 because it’s software became obsolete. It was used for business and personal use. We got a lot of years out of it .

I admittedly will state that I am an Apple Ambassador Unofficially. This laptop is amazing. I am glad I bought it, and love the versatility and durable of the hardware.

Better than our expectations. Apple has really made a great machine with this one. We are using it for video editing and graphic design. It’s a beast.

This MacBook is awesome. But…… I’d never buy it again. The screen shatters so easily. Like seriously, a tiny speck of dust can crack this screen. Pick a different model of MacBook Pro. Not this one. Unless you’re like superhero careful with things.
