I purchased product because the Best Buy rep recommended it to me and for its implied ease of use yet the product is incredibly difficult to navigate and does not function properly on the Mac. I wish I never bought it. I have had a terrible experience. I will be reaching out to best but and the developers for a refund. Do not buy.

I tried over and over and even called customer service who were no help at all.

If I could I wouldnot have purchased in the store. I wasted the money and I have to say I never gotten the templates included and the software is crap.
