i love this series. i recently bought this season along with the third season. my favorite episode on this season is probably the episode where they lose their dog. this episode is very funny, i had already bought the first season a while back but then i put back in, and decided that i had to get the second and third season of it. so if your looking for a new series to watch or just another season then go with mad about you, and this is a good season.....

The 2nd season of "Mad About You" picks up right where the 1st one left off. It's easy to see why Helen Hunt was a multiple Emmy Award winner and Paul Reiser was nominated (although he never won) so many times as these two work great together. Season two is on par with the 1st season with some classic episodes.

The Mad About You: Season Two disc is out and while they have made some improvements over the first season, there are still some problems. The Season Two set comes on three discs with 8 or so episodes per disc. Some claim that this results in improved picture quality, but I can't claim to notice this for myself. Of the two sets that have been released, this is my favorite by far. Some of the series classic episodes are in this set, like the episode where Jamie's sister loses Murray in the park and comes back with a dog that look like him. The discs still don't have chapter stops in the individual episodes like other televsion series that have been released on DVD. This is an annoying oversight that makes watching the series more frustrating. The audio quality is good, but this set will not stress out your sound system by any means. In closing, if you are fan of Mad About You then you should pick this set up. There are some major flaws, but otherwise it is a good buy. Pro's: The release of this series on DVD Classic episodes, like "Paul is Dead" and "The Last Scampi" Split up on three discs Improved picture quality, maybe... Con's: Still no chapter stops Still no useful or interesting extras Equipment Used: Sony Playstation 2 Phillips 21" television
