I live the price to have movies I grew up to. And then have the new movie too. Excellent

I treasured my VHS copies of Mad Max and The Road Warrior. I never picked up Beyond Thunderdome, but upgraded 1 & 2 to DVDs when they came out. With the release of the truly amazing Fury Road, I spied my opportunity to grab the whole collection on bluray in one fell swoop. This collection does not disappoint. Not only do the original films look amazing with deep blacks and beautiful colors, but the awful American dubbed soundtracks has been replaced by the original Aussie tracks. This is the best these films will probably ever look or sound. And Fury Road is like the dementedly enjoyable icing on this crazy, intensely layered cake. If you're on the fence about replacing/upgrading your DVD collection, don't be. Put the pedal to the metal and zoom on down to Best Buy and grab this complete collection ASAP.

All the Mad Max movies in hi definition. No need to get the film's separately. Mel Gibson in the early films up to Tom Hardy. Post apocalyptic times when fossil fuel is gold and people's lives are commodities to be traded. Action is a primary theme in the series. The haves vs. The have nots. Gritty and grimy. Good time killers on any lazy day. If you like Escape from New York and Waterworld, you will like the Mad Max series.

All three classic films in one set, plus the new movie, and a bonus disc about the making of the original Mad Max. The movies look great on Blu-Ray. They aren't remastered but still look great. The extras on the original three movies are very minimal, but like I said there is a fifth disc about the making of the original movie (the bonus disc is just an SD DVD) this is a great set for those who do not already own the original three on Blu-Ray, and want the new movie as well.

If you're looking for a collection of one of the greatest action franchises ever created, this is an excellent choice! The bonus fourth disc is an extremely in-depth (approx 2.5hrs) look at the original Mad Max film. This is a really good anthology set without a lot of bells and whistles though. It didn't come with a digital copy which is a dissapointment and, other than the bonus disc, there aren't any other bonuses. If you're looking for a collector's item this isn't really it. This is mainly just a collection of the spectacular films.

This is one of the few series that has improved over time ending in one beautiful crescendo. Heard the hype? IT'S WORTH IT. The original three were some of the most influential films of all time. The packaging is beautiful, wish there was digital copy but the Picture, Sound, and menus are all great. I definitely recommend this to any current or new fans looking to get a great deal.

This is a great set for fans of the road warrior/mad max series. The blu rays are good transfers of the older films with the most recent, Fury Road, being one of the best blu rays I have seen. The clarity is unbelievable, the colors just pop and the sound is booming ! This set is a must for those who have enjoyed the series and do not already own the previous issues.

Mad Max is one of the greatest action movie franchises of all time, in my opinion. If you like Mad Max, it just seems like the best option: all four movies (all great) in their best versions, and many, many bonus features. The price at Best Buy is also EXCELLENT - almost half off, at the time I purchased - that was day one, though.

The Mad Max Anthology as a whole is very good. You start with learning about Max, his tragic loss of his family and his quest for vengeance. Then we see the Road Warrior and his quest for survival. Thirdly, Max and his quest to find his place in the world. Finally, we find Max and his quest for redemption as he reluctantly helps those who cross his path. Fury Road is by far the best of the bunch and one wild ride from the start of the engine to the rolling of the credits.

Thrilled to finally have the original trilogy on Blu ray and happy to have the newest addition in there with it at a pretty nice price. I've always loved these movies but never saw them on Blu Ray until the latest came out so I snatched up all of them at once.

How can you not buy this??? Seriously, go out and buy it right now. The first three movies look great in blue ray and the fourth movie looks fantastic on my 50 in TV. It's a little light on features but you can find that stuff on the internet.

Arrived at the store in search of Fury Road and discovered (to my delight) this fresh package of the complete Max series to date. Slick transfers and some choice bonus bit thrown in to add to the over all value. Seek it out, I say.

It was a great deal to buy all the movies together in a pack instead of separate! It was a lot cheaper that way. And i love how they are all blu-ray! These movies are fantastic, and Fury Road is a visual masterpiece!

Dunno what else to say that hasn't been said by millions. The series is great, Fury Road is fantastic, and this comes with a 2 1/2-hour documentary about the first Mad Max. With Mad Mel as one of the interviewees.

Great deal on having the entire collection (Mad Max, Road Warrior and Beyond Thunderdome plus Fury Road). I love all the movies. If you do to then don't pass on the sale price of 49.99 for the entire collection.

Very cool to finally have all 3 original Mad Max films on Blu-ray! Having Fury Road included is an added bonus! My 1 & only complaint is that it doesn't include Fury Road 3D Blu-ray. Otherwise it's excellent!

All the movies are great in this very well done collection. The packaging is nice and the real surprise were the art cards that are included. They were so nice that I actually am thinking about framing them.

This is exactly what you think it is. All of the Mad Max films including Fury Road (the most recent one) on Blu Ray. Plus lots of bonus features (I haven't actually watched those yet so I can't rate those).

if your a mad max fan, this anthology is for you. all discs are updated to had quality with good sound and picture, comes with 4 postcards of the original movie covers which are pretty cool. only gave it a four because I wish they had more special features for some disc or at least add some since thunderdome has no special features. but still a great buy
