I've only seen the original Mad Max series, but I really liked it and decided I would give this game a shot due to the big sale. I'm glad I did. The story is fun and the graphics are awesome!

I just got this game last night. So far it is one of the best games I have ever played. Granted, I'm not that far into it yet. There will be those out there that will waste their money to find the negatives in a game. Do not listen to them. Get this game.

Its everything you'd expect when I say its Grand Theft Auto meets Batman. Large open world, Batman style fighting mechanics. I didn't see the movie but I thoroughly enjoyed the game.

Really surprised how much I enjoyed this game. There is not much replay value but the game takes a while if you complete all of the side quests along with the main mission.

This game is awesome a lot of world play roam and strait up beast this game is fun I enjoy it just like how I enjoy the original mad max movies

Very fun open world game. Good fighting mechanics, driving is ok but car battles are very fun.

game has definitely been worth it. my son will not stop playing it until he does everything.

Mad Max surprised me. I assumed it was just a cheap cash-in. However, it is actually a fun and exciting game set in a well-realized world. Some mission objectives are a little repetitive, but you can generally choose between a variety of ways to accomplish them.

Vehicle combat is great. Lots of places to visit and the fighting is pretty good.

It's an open-world Mad Max game. If you already like Mad Max, then you should really pick up this game. If you've never seen a Mad Max film, then you should watch them and decide how much you like the Mad Max universe first before buying this game, as it focuses heavily on the world that Mad Max exists within.

I just recently completed Mad Max on Xbox One and had high hopes for the game after seeing gameplay footage. The game is full of bugs and storyline holes that should have been fixed in Beta testing, plus the final boss battle is completely unfulfilling. Regardless of how much you might like or dislike the fighting style in the game or how much driving can frustrate you, the game had other problems. It is a long game if you take your time and complete side missions, but not worth purchasing until it comes down to ~$30.

This game is solid with satisfying, crunchy combat but there's maybe too much focus on car customizability (cool but who cares) and not enough on story/design.

At first I bought this because it was cheap and I'd try it out, but it was amazing. I spent hours and hours roaming the desert with my Dinky Di. IF you're on the fence, buy this game! You won't be disappointed!

Suprised at how much I enjoyed this mad max game. One of those games that takes a while to finish. Still haven't gotten all the way through it. Only bad thing about it is the frame rate sucks at times, but other than that it's a good game.

Mad Max seems to try too hard to be like Shadow of Mordor and the Batman Arkham games. Combat is very similar but feels a bit off and lacks depth. The wasteland is gorgeous but empty and boring to travel. The story is a mess with poor character development and there's too much focus on side missions, which are at times required to progress the main story. And the side missions aren't even that much fun; they quickly become repetitive. Vehicle combat is pretty decent, though. In all, a disappointing game and a poor use of the "Mad Max" name.

If you like Halo at all, you will love this game. It's a great ride and the new Warzone mode is extremely addictive.

I picked up this game mostly because of my obsessive love for Mad Max: Fury Road. The game takes place prior to the movie, but there are many references that fans will pick up on. The gameplay is okay. It's mix of third-person fighting and vehicular combat... kind of like Batman: Arkham Knight, but not nearly as well done. Still, there's a lot to love if you're a Mad Max fan. You go on missions and scrounge for parts all in an effort to build and upgrade your car into the ultimate survival machine. It's good, not great. Like I said, if you're a fan of the movies you'll certainly find something to enjoy about this game. If you're not, I'd probably pass.
