I love this game the style is simular to the Arkham games as well as GTA. The story is great and I like the open play.

Pretty straight forward third person open world game, but man is it fun. Definitely stays true to the Mad Max world.

It's nice to be able to see your character advance in look as much as level. In this game you start with a dingy outfit and a broke down car. As you progress your character and car look more and more awesome! That being said, expect your car to drive as junky as it looks in the beginning. This game has a really good story and tons of side missions to do and explore!

Very interesting story line, don't rush thru the story and enjoy all the wasteland side mission, lots of action.

The Wasteland is a large scale open world full of danger at every turn. As Max you use an assortment of skills to survive form your hand to hand fighting, to your pride and joy the Magnum Opus. The Wasteland is brutal and so is Max. I love to explore the large scale world and discover the secrets of how the Wasteland became to be. This is such an underrated game.

Open world, many hours of gaming, great graphics, great game overall!

From start to finish, this game was true to the story of max and the wasteland. One of the best games of 2015

I've been a bit critical of the short coming of Next-Gen games not delivering on the hype. I'm about 30-40% complete on Mad Max for Xbox One. It has solid game play, a respectable size explorable world, much bigger then I expected. There's also a lot of exploring and other activities. It is however just a single player experience. But one that I would definitely recommend. This is not a game that was knocked out quickly to cash in on the recent movie..

This is a great game don't get me wrong. I just feel like they could have incorporated more content in the vast wasteland.Its a lot of empty space which is to be expected, but the content matter isn't very diverse. Be prepared to take breaks from the game due to repetitiveness.

Let me first say that I haven't always been a Metal Gear fan. I gave this a try based on the great buzz the game was getting. I have to say after about 20 hours or so of game play, that this game rocks. It has instantly become one of my favorite games on Xbox One. The game play is basically a third person sandbox action game. There is so much to do and so much going on all the time that you can easily get lost for 100's of hours. Top Notch stuff!

A very fun game with great graphics and smooth controls. But the actual list of things to do is quite small. Best played in short bits and the game is structured to support this style quite well by allowing you to jump on, complete a mission or two and jump off. Doesn't last well through long play sessions as the limited variety becomes overwhelming.

Anyone who loves open world games will appreciate Mad Max. This really feels like being immersed in the brutal desolate world of Max. You can often see the level of genuine love the developers had for the Mad Max license. The voice work is spot on and the visual details like the sand spinning in the wheel wells or the way Max scoops out dog food from the authentically labeled "Dinky Doo" cans will be noticed by fans of the film series.

I was a little skeptical about buying this game. Wasn't sure if I'd like everything with all the upgrading and stuff like that. But to my satisfaction, the game was simple enough for me not to get frustrated and quite entertaining! It took me a while to beat the campaign which was great! And after that, there's so much to do! Now I spend my time trying to fully complete the game and it's fun and hasn't gotten old yet! Great game to have!

The Mad Max video game is - no exaggeration - one of the greatest video games I have ever played, and has quickly become one of my all-time favorites. I have been playing video games as long as I can remember, and I was born in 1990. In my opinion, this game perfectly simulates being Max Rockatansky. The element of survival is integrated to the point that having a survivalist mindset when you play will actually assist you in-game. It's often proper to play better-safe-than-sorry. There are those who want your help, but you provide it at your own peril. An example: you may come across people slowly walking the wastelands, begging for water. You can give this to them from your canteen, to save them, though you gain no immediate or obvious reward. The trade-off: the water you give away is the primary means of recovering your health, and it's not easy to come by. It's hard to be the hero, especially in the shoes of Max, who is not a "people person". The game is so engrossing, though, that you actually feel good for saving these people, as opposed to watching them collapse from thirst. That's your choice to make. Other times you just don't have the means to help. I've come across these groups before, and not had the water for them. I frantically scoured the nearby camps for water sources, in futility, only to come back and see them crawling in the sand, before finally dying off. As a SERIOUS Mad Max fan, it is my resolute opinion that this game is the PERFECT tie-in to one of the greatest action movie series of all time, and a welcome addition to the mechanized madness that is the Mad Max legacy.

Believe the hype! Great story good graffix. Had a blast!
