Im always a sucker for games based on movies, even though most of the time they're a let down. This is not the case here. Its a very fun open world games with plenty to do. It can be a bit repetative, but the subject matter is interesting enough to hold your interest. If you didnt buy the new Metal Grear, get this.

I am a open world Pl Ayer and this is right up mu alley. I hope that we will have game patches for this game that will add more missions and territory to explore. So for now this a good game in story line, graphics, not too much weapons thrown at you which is good so to make get good a at what you have!! I like it!

I've really have to hand it to these guys because the really nailed this one, with the atmosphere, the graphics and combat mechanics. They took what works in other games and put it all together in this post apocalyptic world and made it mesh really well. I just hope that there were be a sequel to this one.

Decent, if unremarkable open world adventure

I really wanted to love this game. I mean come on, its a open world MAD MAX game! The car combat is absolutely enthralling and a real blast, but every other aspect of the game, from its simplified brawler-lite combat mechanics, to its unmemorable story is a disappoint. The car combat is brilliant and gorgeous however. I would tentatively recommend this game to fans of the Mad Max universe, but not necessarily to a general audience. I'd say give it a rental and test it out to see how it plays for you, I could see this title potentially being divisive in the gaming community. I enjoyed most of my time with it, often oscillating between glee and frustration.

Not just a campaign, free roam too.

I thought it would be just a campaign mode, but the free roam aspect kept my interest because you can keep upgrading your weapons, car, and character. I think Mad Max will continue being fun to play if additional content is released.

I bought this at the same time as MGSV and I have to say both games are equally enjoyable. This game definitely captured the feel of the movie and the Mad Max universe. It's a surprise that the game and blu Ray came out together and yet the game is still high quality--not some listened movie Rush job.

I haven't beaten the game yet, but I think I am close. If I had to compare it to anything I'd say it's a lot like Shadow of Mordor with a car. The fist combat reminds me of the Batman Arkham series. The car combat is well done as well. The graphics won't blow you away, but it's a good looking game.

When you are able to play it. Unfortunately I cannot due to the fact my Xbox need an update. That I can't get because it can't find an IP address. Through that has nothing to do with the game, I can say from what I've seen, I highly recommend it to anyone who has thought about purchasing the game.

I've played this for a while and I'd say it is a great game. Main issues were driving was a bit difficult especially for races in canyons OMG. Other than that the game play in this open world is awesome and very cinematic.

Mad max was a good game overall. The only gripe I had was it seemed like too many fetch quests/collectibles. The combat was a bit repetitive at times too. Overall I will say it was good and that my son enjoyed it some too.

A very beautiful game with addicting game play. This game does get a little repetitive but can still be a lot of fun. If you enjoyed Far Cry/Assassins Creed/Shadow of Mordor style of games then this might be a good choice.

If you want to play a game with fallout vibes mixed with batman combat, this is your game. Story is pretty good so far. The biggest advantage would be how massive the world is and the fact that you could stop whatever you're doing at ANY point and mess around. Beautiful graphics too.

I was really excited about this game before it came out. The mad max movies were great, the older ones and the new one. They were very unique and exciting to watch, so I had very high hopes for this game. When I first started playing it was awesome. The vehicular combat is really cool and the story was pretty interesting. It was definitly a really fun game at first, but it gets really repetitive. After a while the nostalgia dies down and then once you beat the game and complete a majority of the side objectives, theres not much to do. Overall it was worth buying, it just didn't live up to my full expectations.

If you like the Mad Max films and enjoy Open world games, vehicular combat and enjoy the combat system of the Arkham series, this game has it all. Tons of side missions, vehicle customization and great progression.

Excellent selection for variants in building vehicles and customization. A bit futuristic as expected. Graphics on par with similar games. Installed flawlessly. Would recommend as an addition to game library.

Would highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys driving games, post apocalyptic settings, or melee combat. This game has tons of value, able to be played for hours on end. The game is one you can play through at your pace, exploring or doing missions, it's you choice!

I've been waiting for a movie game like this. Although it isn't licensed by the Fury Road movie (Fury Road isn't sending out licenses for many products), it doesn't take away from the game at all and it's everything you would expect from a game in the Mad Max universe.

One of the better open world games I've played. And what makes it even better is the ability to tune your car. There is some repeating fetch missions... and that's what holds me back on giving 5 stars.

    Fun Action Game

The Mad Max game is very fun, it features a rhythm based combat system made famous in the Batman: Arkham Asylum game, as well as a loot/quest system to upgrade your vehicle and base. The game will begin to get a bit repetitive around the 10 hour mark but I am still enjoying it. This game has been out for awhile and I got an unbelievable deal on it so it was hard to pass up. I would recommend this game for action fans as well as fans of the movie.

The game itself is not to bad. It can get repetitive doing the same things and then the game spawns someone to chase you or you chase it. Reminds me of Far Cry series except in the apocalypse
