Mel Gibson is back as the iconic Mad Max. Where ever Max is , there will also be crazy fast vehicles pushing up a dust storm. Always exciting and adventurous thrills. I'm partial with this character and it's why I own all the Mad Max movies.

I grew up with this movie! And while some movies from my childhood don't hold up. This one is STILL in my all time top 10! Great action, stunt work, pacing etc.

I already owned this movie on dvd, but had to pick it up on Blu-ray and I'm glad that I did. Firing on all cylinders more Mad Max insanity. Any fan needs to buy especially if you liked Fury Road and haven't seen any other Max movies.

Most movie fans would probably agree that this flick is still the greatest non- CGI smash up chase ever. Also avoids the standard cliché's used so often in post-apocalypse storytelling. Never gets old.

An excellent print, but I'm sure it will get another remaster. Also, this has it titled as The Road Warrior, but the print used is Mad Max 2. Looks and sounds better than I remembered in the theater. For the price you cannot go wrong.

Bleak, post-apocalyptic, sci-fi action classic. One of the most hardcore movies ever made. Stark, surreal, edgy, dangerous. More solid and spectacular than the first Mad Max movie and more dangerous and less goofy than Beyond Thunderdome.

This movie is by far my favorite of the Mel Gibson Mad Max movies. Not many special features on this disc, but the movie is worth it alone. This is the apocalyptic movie all others should look up to. Great action sequences.

George Miller's classic film never fails to be exciting and exhilarating on Blu-ray. The transfer is gorgeous and the sound is breathtaking. This is a must have for any film buff's high-def collection! Highly recommended!

The road warrior has best action sequences ever put on film. You will never see a film like this again because of cgi in movies today. Mel Gibson is great as the surviving loner in post apocalypse Australia. Highly recommended.

Love to watch everything Mel Gibson. Yet, this was the 1st movie I'd seen him in. The story was well thought out, perfect casting and of course every part of behind the seen to make this movie - Right On Target.

Rarely does a sequel transcend its predecessor. However, George Miller has not only outdone his original Mad Max (a classic in its own right), but created a film that could stand alone as an all-time great by itself

This movie never gets old ans looks amazing in 4K. The action is non stop. Holds up after all these years

Solid movie with a good amount of action..just don't watch the new fury road though because this will seem tame.my only gripe was the nudity scene which really did not have to be in there.

Mad Max: The Road Warrior might just well be the best action movie of the 80s. But compared to the other 3 other Mad Max films, Fury Road is better, but "The Road Warrior" is a heck of a fun time to watch.

Mad Max: The Road Warrior stands the test of time as a post-apocalyptic cult classic. The action, design, and world building make the film fun to watch and wildly influential.

The only significant difference between this the-release and the 2007 release is the added lossless audio. If you already own the previous version, this may not be enough to double dip. Both versions boast a very good video transfer and both contain the same extras, which aren't much at all.

I have purchased this movie in all formats since the release on VCR tape--since it came out on Blu-Ray I decided to see if there were any appreciable differences between DVD and BR---I couldn't determine any better viewing experience with the BR release---but still a great movie.

Great classic the picture is perfect except for 1 scene and you see blu ray failure, other than that it's perfect through 4k
