Right from the very beginning my wife and I have enjoyed watching this series keeping up with the contemporary issues (and sometimes even before they became headlines) of the day and giving the viewer a behind the scenes look at the political juggling that goes on both domestic and internationally. What appealed to me was having the President become an Independent so that the show could look at creative alternatives to the stalemates of the Red & Blue political parties. I felt that there was hope for the country and the political system because of this show - and had hoped that maybe - just maybe that the politicians in DC and the various States might watch this and learn a new way to be "Americans First" for the good of the people, versus a political party striving for/maintaining power above the needs of the people.

This is only a 3 dvd set and you are paying for a half season. This is one of my wife's favorite shows and CBS did a half season to end the series complete.

sad to see the show come to an end. i would have liked a complete season around 22 episodes.

Hated to see this series come an end. Show a closer look at politics!!!!!
