Ok if you are a person who really likes fotball games but doesn't know witch one to pick, PICK Madden NFL 08 it is amazing the controls are easy there is a superstar mode that rocks you can create a person and build him up in drills,games,and practices, you can also become a team captain wich is really cool. You can distibute your progress to your teammates, making them better. So remember if your looking for a football game you should definetly check this game out.

PLay With Friend: 10 Franchise : 9 Superstar : 8 Online : 9.5 Graphics : 9 Overall, a great game. Superstar is a little tough to get going becuase the drills aren't easy, online occaisonally freezes, but rarely, great franchise mode, only real criticism is if you lob up a pass that requires the WR to use a little AI and come off his route, only the CB does and its an easy pick. And also, someone might want to tell the game designers that CBs can catch the ball

i like this madden. this one is better than last years with a lot of confusion and such. but it is worse than madden 06. their is no hall of fame mode which stinks and unable to create your own plays to use in game situations . all and all though the game is decent. if u like the series i would buy it but ea does need to make some adjustsments

You like football? Get this game if you do because only this game will satisfy your need for the football passion you have off season or during the season. What I can say about this game is that if you dont like football or do not know much about it you should not get this game. For those of you getting into football this is a good game to teach you how to play and how to enjoy the sport for what its worth. ~Enjoy

this game is unchallenged as top football video game of all time. All the features and extra controls are amazing, and the attention to detail is incredible. Zthe gameplay is easy, yet still very detailed. the players signature moves are great, and all the different aspects of the franchise make this game tops of all time, makes me wonder how they can improve for next years version.

I think it's safe to say that I need a break from Madden, because it does become a bit too repetitive year after year. This installment is great, don't get me wrong, and I would recommend it to any Madden fan.

This game is perfect for playing against a friend pre-gaming to watch sunday or monday night football. The live extension gives the extra feel of playing in a real stadium. The effects and plays are current and its a great way to show your pride for your favorite football team!

This game is fun and has great graphics...highly reccommendable!

It is great and all, but it gets kind of unrealistic from what I have played. Getting a touchback is easy, able to catch unbelieveable catches. I also do not like one the 360 version that in Superstar mode, you do not get to own an apartment or mansion and for the Franchise, can't change prices of things such as food like in the PC version.

Can it get any better? There are nice changes from the start. Clean game play. I’m trying to find clichés, but unsuccessful so far. If you haven't played any kind of football game in a while, you wouldn't notice the flaws. A defiant must for your collection.

It is a very good game but it is not the best Madden ever. I don't like it because once you try to pass to a person he almost has to be wide open. This is because almost every time you throw a deep ball it's almost always picked off.

great game to play online! if you play this game you should play online! try to play in madden tournaments and learn more about the game. You have to know what you are doing to play the game! Look for me on madden 2009, Im going for the crown. good for playing with a group of people eating pizza, wings and beer.

The last few years, Madden fans have been waiting for the gameplay to become more realistic. EA tried, and FAILED MISSERABLY with this offer. If you like left tackles that are kings of the "lookout block" (where instead of blocking the DE, you just yell "LOOKOUT" to the QB), 3 fumbles on the SAME PLAY to the point you run holding the "protect ball" button instead of sprint, and play-action passes that the defense never bites on, then by all means I hope you enjoy Madden 08. But if you long for a game that plays like REAL football, this is by far the worst offering they've had yet. The biggest attempt to make Madden 08 more realistic was smarter defensive backs--the only problem is, your recievers are as "dumb" as they've ever been. If the CBs can be smart and jump the route, a reciever should be smart enough to run the route in front of the safety and come back to the ball the way real recievers do as well. This makes the passing game so hard to execute that I expect Best Buy to sell a lot of new controllers after people throw thiers against the wall in disgust. I just honestly believe the people at EA are video game fans, and not SPORTS fans longing to make the most realistic game. If you are a "gamer" and love the challenge of a new version of Madden, you might be very well impressed with the new features and won't mind the gameplay. It has entertainment value as a video game with online play features and playing with a friend, but playing a franchise season with your favorite team will be a misserable experience.

Pretty good gameplay still yet, and they add a few things here and there. The graphics are pretty okay, but the animation makes it look good. EA stills owns the football genre, this is the best pigskin you can get.

this is the best madden by far with the graphics and loading time.the only bad thing i saw in the game is that you dont get any gamerscore points for like winning the SB or how ever many games in a row vs. the comp. but overall best madden game ever and cant wiat till madden 09!!!

This is a sweet game, complete with probably the most in depth research on the players to date. It is getting harder to dominate on these newer games, they come with better ai every year. Buy it!

Madden has finally entered into the nextgen market. This game offers great gameplay with competitive online play. Definitely would recommend this game to any football enthusiast.

the best football/ madded game ever, period. madden has really refined every aspect of the game play and the visuals, franchise mode is immersive. online play is always fun.

one word amazing!!! this years madden is a huge upgrade from all the other previous ones. This game feels like what a real football game should feel like. Really enjoy the strategy that goes into the game of the different play makers on the field
