The game was not what I expected from the hype of the Frostbite engine. The usual glitches and AI logic issues persist that will never be fixed. The new touch passing is useless, nothing but dropped int random no blocking.

The game is good. But the game play is as usual. Looking forward to play long shot story mode. But the game play is same and nothing changed from Madden 17. It is worth to wait for the price to drop down.

Story mode is ok lacks features that put you in control , ultimate team is ok not worth the hype gameplay is ok

Game crashes alot needs update for stability. Also not worth the extra money for GOAT EDITION

Consistent Madden. No real improvements. I buy out of habit.

One star is for it having the same glitches and problems of madden 17. EA just does copy and paste.

After playing my first twenty games since the release, I've noticed this years game has taken many strides forward. Putting the game on the Frostbite engine was something I have looked forward to since FIFA came out last year. It has drastically improved the visual quality in the graphics, the AI players give a more realistic experience when it comes to blocking schemes, coverage in zone defenses, and the ability to throw your receiver open. On top of the improved gameplay, this years edition includes even more content and game modes including the new story mode, which if you're into that kind of thing is great, Playing football on Madden 18 is easily the most competitive and life-like experience of any football game that I've played.

Madden has been and will always be the absolute best football, if not best sports video game ever made. With the transition to the Frostbite engine, Madden has unlocked major visual advancements and new game play experiences that will excite all Madden players.

How cool is it to have two games in one. The story mode in madden is well played out. It will touch the hearts of all football fans, also gives you more understanding of the game play of what actual QB go through. I played it until 1:30 in the morning and did not want to quit it had me engulfed. Yes it is the best of all madden editions hands down.
