It is an okay game to play but unless you have a good knowledge of the game of football, playing the game puts the player at a disadvantage.

Bought the game because my brother and I play a lot of offline franchise. They've totally changed the setup and we got through about 1/2 a season, took 5 hours. We shut the game off and haven't played it since. They really didn't do anything spectacular with the graffics, player models just look blah. For a next gen game this def feels like a weak port.

Needs internet to due pretty much everything can't play the franchise without the internet.

Other than playing online, I don't really use any other features of the game.

Madden continues to produce great games that can Bring people together

its a madden game like many before it, so if you love or like madden then get it.

Madden only improves, both graphically and gameplay wise. The only knock on the game for me is the presentation, not that its bad, but there is not much of a change from the previous year's madden. However, other than that, this game is just great. The realism is captured in just about every aspect of the game. The new physics system creates an incredibly dynamic experience where nothing is ever the same. Great game and a definite must have.

First off, the graphics on PS4 compared to PS3 with Madden look significantly better. The new IGNITE engine is really amazing, you can see each blade of grass, the fans respond more realistically to plays & there aren't as many duplicate people standing next to each other in the stands. You can actually see the sweat on the players; the helmets move when a player gets tackled from the force, and my favorite, the sideline actually resembles a real sideline by having actual players on the team; & they also move out of the way from tackles when they're made out of bounds. The running game is much better, it looks so much more lifelike the way players will run; no more turning on a dime, players will take an extra step to get their momentum going in another direction. I give this a 5 star rating because this game is heading in the right direction, it's the best Madden has ever been. But with every game, there are a couple flaws. First, they need to fix the in game coaches challenges. There have been numerous occassions where the game will automatically put a play into "booth review" when it's not under 2 minutes left in the half. Also, they need to bring back hiring coordinators in franchise mode. Franchise mode no longer gives you the options to hire & fire coordinators on your team, so Denver Broncos... No Jack Del Rio as a coordinator, just some generic character. And more than anything, I really can't wait for next years game, because I need the ability to import draft classes. So hopefully NCAA football gets things straightened out, because I hate drafting randoms from Chatanooga in the first round cause they're projected first rounders... from a DII school? But the game is great, I would definitely recommend getting this game.

This game is exactly like the Ps3 with better graphics. The running game is a little harder due to smarter A.I but I was surprised EA didn't add on to the connected Careers mode like NBA 2k did for their MyPlayer Mode. I just don't really feel like a part of the team and there is no story line here. I want to go to combine be interviewed , questioned, drafted. I want to have ups and downs. Controversial things. The owner Mode is basically franchise mode however I don't get some of the fan happiness logic. EA could have really took the Next Gens power and storage capacity to the next level with some interaction in these modes. How about cutscences when you do move the team or have media questions not just a twitter feed or audio with text. Where is the highlight show at Halftime or more key play moments. Madden is the only football we have but it seems like EA is lagging when it comes to really making Madden over the top. This seems like a game living off it's past and not done anything special lately.
