The product itself is good, i especially like the function of the bell just before a turn but the base/support is an issue as it does not hold the weight fully and falls off

I bought mine in 2012 and it works very well. No technical issues what so ever,but they are now asking me to pay $99.99 for the next map update that is supposed to be free for life. It was registered with them in Feb. 2012 and I have received update free since that time. So let the buyer beware.

This GPS is great, it's easy to use, big and clear in direction. The only problem I have is that the battery does not last long at all - you have to keep it charged or it won't get far. Other then that, I have no complaints.

Love this GPS, very easy to program addresses. We like the big screen too.

It's just an okay navigation device. Most important option I was seeking was wide spectrum of language options and it ONLY had three languages to choose from. The voice guidance is NOT natural tone and promotes discomfort hearing such horrible electronic vocal noise from 80's. This manufacturer must've been in cryogenic for past couple of decades and just woken up.

Easier to understand and set up for us over 70 folks. I love it!

What I love about this product the most is, it gives you details, and most of all it shows you not only when you turn, before time. It's the best.

I have tried other GPS' but always go back to the Magellan. I really like it. My one complaint is the updates are not free.

Display is really easy to read. Really like the Bluetooth operation for my cell phone.

gps would turn off at the worst times...needed to pull plug and reset to operate again....returned to store...did buy it online

After an hour or so the unit would turn itself off and refuse to remain on for more than five minutes when I turned it on again. I thought it might be something wrong with one particular machine so I traded it in for another and it functioned the same way. I returned the second machine and bought a Garmin which seems at this point to be performing with no shut-downs. All in all a great wast of time doing all the exchanges. Don't buy it!!!!!!!!!

Second gps constantly disconnects needs to be replaced

The GPS Unit will not stay attached to the windshield . It constantly falls to the floor of the vehicle .
