Customer Ratings & Reviews

Title says it all. Mechanical keyboards and other options are great too. But of you use only Mac for your workflows, and are beholden to them for the foreseeable future, like I am… There are some simple facts to come to terms with: - it’s quiet (coming from a variety of good keyboards more loud or physically exhausting to type on.) - touchID - walled garden gotcha, but very nice. - Thin and just clicks enough to like once you get used to it. - USB-C everything - Native device handoff (mostly works) That’s it. As usual, if you do it Apple’s way, you’ll have the best experience overall.

Excellent build and typing; missing keys and lighting hurt value

Really happy with the Magic Keyboard. It feels well built, the keys are comfortable, and the battery lasts a long time. I also really like the Touch ID—it makes unlocking my Mac and logging in so much faster and easier. The only downside is that after a few hours, you have to enter your password manually the first time, but after that, Touch ID works great. Definitely worth it if you want a clean, reliable keyboard.

Love this keyboard! Does everything i need wihtout being to bulky or messing with my desk setup

A great product. The fingerprint reader is especially useful. Not all models have that feature. It costs a bit more, but it is a real timesaver. Just another example of why Apple products are just better.

I recently bought the Mac mini M4 and decided to upgrade from the original magic keyboard to the newer version with the touch ID. I’m extremely happy with the keyboard. I don’t know how I lived without the touch ID for all these years. I purchased the open box excellent option .

I like it because of its size; it's super convenient to carry around.

The best thing I like about this keyboard is its battery backup and performance.

Excellent Apple keyboard that connects perfectly with Bluetooth and touch ID and works flawlessly. I just wish they had the metal aluminum gray as the battery keyboard this one replaced.

Great Product like new, work perfect, no complains I have been using it for over two weeks.

Exactly what I needed it works perfectly I love the finger

The Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID has been one of the best accessories I’ve purchased for my Mac. The typing experience is incredibly comfortable, responsive, and precise, making it perfect for both everyday use and longer work sessions. The Touch ID feature is a game changer. Being able to quickly unlock my Mac, sign into apps, and make secure purchases with just a fingerprint is extremely convenient and works flawlessly every time. It adds an extra level of speed and security that I now can’t imagine being without. I also love the clean, premium design that Apple is known for. The keyboard looks great on my desk, pairs instantly with my Mac, and the battery life is outstanding. The new USB-C charging is another nice improvement since it allows me to use the same cable as my other Apple devices. Overall, this keyboard delivers exactly what you would expect from Apple — excellent build quality, seamless performance, and a fantastic user experience. I highly recommend it to anyone with an Apple silicon Mac looking for a reliable and premium keyboard.

If you’re already in the Apple ecosystem, this keyboard is hard to beat. The keys have a comfortable, responsive feel, and typing is quiet without feeling mushy. Touch ID is incredibly convenient for unlocking my Mac and approving purchases, and pairing was instant. Battery life has also been excellent, so charging is infrequent. It’s expensive compared to other wireless keyboards, but the build quality and seamless integration with macOS make it worth it for me.

I love mechanical and topre keyboards, but the fingerprint reader is impossible to beat. Battery life is great. I don't even remember the last time one of my apple keyboards died. The keys feel identical to a macbook pro, to some this is a negative; to me it's familiar.

Great keyboard for Apple Silicon Macs! Typing feels smooth, and Touch ID works perfectly for quick logins and payments. The white finish looks clean and modern. A bit pricey, but worth it for the seamless Apple experience.

Had to toss my last Apple keyboard because batteries leaked inside. So I’m super happy this is a rechargeable unit, hopefully it will last much longer. But my favorite thing about it is the Touch ID feature. Makes life so much easier. Highly recommend despite the hefty price tag.

Love the apple keyboards. The battery last a long time and I love the new fingerprint scanner so you don't have to type in your password each time to unlock the screen.

I previously had the lightning cable version and updated to this one with UCB-C so I no longer require the older cables. The keyboard is solid and I love the Touch ID which gets used extensively with no issues.

Integrates seamlessly with my Mac. Rechargeable feature much appreciated as previous model went through batteries at ridiculous pace. Fingerprint touch streamlines operations. Certainly would recommend.

Quality and super light weight what makes it the best is the touch ID no more passwords!
