This is my second magicjack. Very pleased especially the second one. Better reception and no need for a computer. Just a power line and an internet. The only thing, the 19.95 per year went up to $24.00 per year. Still a bargain.

Works really well. Saving land line minutes. I would have to say that it works better than my expectations.

Setup the account with the unit plugged into my computer, disconnected it from my computer, plugged in the cat5 and phone cables and it worked right away. 20 bucks a year is unbelieveable for such quality, voice mail and other features. Liked it so much I bought another one.

Easy to set up but when used without a computer it seemed to cause problems with my router signal and the phone audio breaks up. I hooked it up to my computer and that cleared up the router problem but I still have the audio break up sometimes. I don't know if the problem is with my system or the VoIP and Magic Jack Plus. There were also hidden fees for keeping my old number. I think it was $20 to transfer and $10 annual charge thereafter.

It is a great product for the price and an affordable way to have a home phone when most people only use mobile phones. I have the original Magic Jack before this one and it came with a full year service included in the price and this one only comes with six months. Other than that I am very happy with this purchase.

This product allows for you to make phone calls to others outside of the USA with ease and reliability.

Over a year and still works like new. I would recommend it.

Great service for anyone. At the home or office. Even when you travel.

We live in a rural area and pretty much everything was long distance for us. We wanted to have a business number that would be separate from our personal line and we had been paying the phone company more each month for the second line than the Magic Jack cost for a whole year!

I love this product, I wish I bought this years ago! it's so easy to use, I hooked it up within 5 minutes. Great internet set up for my preferences and I can forward calls to my cell phone, US and Canada unlimited for free! I also added funds to call for international calls.

Would recommend it to anyone. It's the cheapest way to communicate internationally. If I had to buy it again, I would.

Had issues with magic jack error's.Contacted customer service via chat only.Had to repeat chat due to continued error message.Spent well over an hour and a half to configure modem settings.In the end returned item for a replacement.Ask for some compensation for the headache,Magic Jack declined repeated requests.When the service works it's okay.However customer service is lacking.You can also forget about escalating issues to a supervisor,they will not do it.(was told supervisor don't chat and no phone number available )

the magic jack is wonderfull phone service the cost is one of the best features as its only about 2.00 a mounth. the service is as good as the phone co.its compleaty trouble free. I also use it mainly for overseas calls , and I also have one for use overseas so that when calling from pakistan its a local number!!

This is a great choice if you want to save money on phone service, or were thinking of only having mobile service at home. With young kids, I didn't want to get rid of a land line altogether, but wanted to stop paying $20/month to use the phone 2-3 times a week. Incoming calls and voice mail are directed to your mobile phone... kind of nice to be answering your home phone from your desk at work... and check voice mail messages from the app.

It waa easy to set up. I like that I can choose what number I want. Love the one low annual cost.

These are great for many reasons: 1) My family lives in six different countries and we keep in touch with out big $$$, even on the cellphones, 2) Its cheap, 3) I can take my phone with me when I go to Europe just get a SIM card there and my Iphone still works like it did at home and people at home can still call me. Get one or two, they are great. LDC
