Best Buy Digital Library for Downloads
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took me over 3 days (due to work, events, all else) including a visit to a Best Buy store, to find out that my download problem was due to the Digital Library having issues that have not been resolved and there is no fix date available. I talked to at least 8 Best Buy employees over the 3 day period and not one was aware of any issues with the Digital Library and downloading software a customer purchased. The person who finally informed me that there is a problem proceeded to get another link emailed to me. I have to wait 24 hours before that link might arrive. I guess if it does not arrive,????
