Very easy to connect and use. Nothing flashy, not a thousand buttons. Picture is very clear. Good purchase for the money.

Bought this when my other player started skipping on certain DVDs. This player works just fine on those "skippy" DVDs. I like that this is not a "smart" (connected to Internet) player. I didn't realize how much I would miss having a clock on the front of the player. The picture quality is good, not excellent - there are ragged edges around rapidly moving images. Audio sounds a little flatter than the previous player. Remote control buttons require a firm press, sometimes I have to mash down on the buttons. Can't say anything about the Blu-ray display quality because I don't use that. I mainly chose this for the price. Good for a small space.

This is a wonderful player for those that just want to play movies. We didn't want to hook up to the internet for any reason, I was told by a best buy employee that they no longer make blu-rays that don't hook to the internet. I am glad I did my own research and found this great Blu-ray player.

Just plug it in and it works. If you want something simple this is it. Just plays DVDs and Blu-rays nothing else.
